'The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. '

'The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.'

'Watery orange juice was yellow. Pot smell was ridiculousy present thruout hotel, only two working elevators were broken one day, other times was only one working elevator, hot water in lobby not hot for tea, had to nuke it in room, appliances dirty. Kids running up and down hallways unsupervised. Bring your own cleaning supplies. '

'They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit'

'Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. 'Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.'

'The room was not clean up and not set up for 2 days Complain to the front desk did not help. They addressed me to call the manager only on Monday after I left. '

'When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster.'

'Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean...

'Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more...

'Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in de omgeving. Buiten het centrum van Rochester, maar het is maar de vraag of je daar zou willen verblijven omwille van de veiligheid.'

'Room was beautiful and, had we been staying multiple days and nights, would have been excellently stocked and very convenient.'

'Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. '

'The property is very nice but very large and confusing as to how to find the registration desk after finding the only parking at the opposite end outside. The staff is nice. There are no “extras” such as water, treats, or complimentary continental breakfast. The toiletries provided are minimal, opting for a single container of “conditioning shampoo” rather than shampoo and conditioner separately and not a bottle of lotion anywhere.'

'Quiet comfortable room'

'Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night.'
