'It was my second time staying here. Always good service and clean facilities. We did ask if we could use an iron. However, they did not have one. But overall, itss a great value. I would definitely stay here again. '

'The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.'

'First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.'

'The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up'

'Dit is geen 4 sterren hotel. De lobby, het restaurant en het uitzicht zijn zeker wel 4 sterren waard. Echter de kamers zijn oud, slecht onderhouden en niet schoon. We hebben wel een 2/3 sterren prijs betaald dus dat is wat mij betreft wel conform hetgeen je krijgt. Echter het blijft jammer want een hotel op deze plek met de juiste instelling om de kamers goed te onderhouden en schoon te houden dan zou de prijs ook naar 4 sterren kunnen'
