LOCATION: Mariner's Village in Mariner's Landing (a smaller, quieter complex than the Pointe at Mariner's Landing)

Linens & bath towels provided. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels.)

KITCHEN: Keurig & regular coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, salt & pepper, oil, dishware, & everything needed to cook basic meals

DINING ROOM: table for 4 & 4 upholstered bar stools

LIVING ROOM: sleeper sofa, 2 accent chairs, Amazon Fire TV, fireplace w/ gas logs

BEDROOM #1: king bed, dresser, walk in closet, micro office (desk and printer) attached bathroom w/ stand up shower, double sink vanity & toilet

Upon booking, you'll need to provide your email address to receive all the info & mobile key for your amenities. (listed below) There will also be a link included to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo.

HOUSE RULES:

1. You MUST be over the age of 25 to rent this condo.

2. No smoking or vaping within 20 feet of the doorways. (no smoking on the back porch)

3. No pets allowed. (for those with severe allergies, please note the owners bring a dog to the condo on occasion)

4. No gatherings, parties, or events allowed.

5. Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm-7am.

6. Please keep wet towels & clothing off the furniture and carpets.

PARKING: There's a large parking lot just outside the condo. (wheelchair space & ramp provided). The boat ramp is just around the front side of the building.

PETS: We do NOT allow pets at the condo. (sorry, we are firm) For our guests with severe allergies, please note that the owner does bring a dog on occasion to the condo.
