  • Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club is een fantastisch omheind privé-eilandretraite! U zult genieten van een prachtig uitzicht vanaf bijna overal in dit luxe 1,236 vierkante meter 6e verdieping tapijt-vrij appartement in gebouw 1! U zult betoverd worden door prachtige zonsondergangen over de golf in het westen en zonsopgangen over de grachten in het oosten!

    Er is gratis beveiligde WiFi, flatscreen HD-tv's en een wasmachine / droger in dit prachtige 2 BR / 2 BA appartement met den dat zes slaapt! Dit appartement is een van de weinige op het westen gelegen eenheden met een dock te huur op Gulf Island, dus breng uw boot! Geniet van de privélagune met een wit zandstrand en het kilometerslange natuurpad dat langs de Golf loopt. Er is geweldig vissen vanaf de kust, dus vergeet niet je visuitrusting mee te nemen, zelfs als je geen boot meeneemt!

    Relax, relax, relax !!! Een lang balkon biedt uitzicht op zowel de woonkamer als de Master BR voor gemakkelijke toegang naar buiten. Je kunt uren zitten en kijken naar het bootverkeer, de visarend en de adelaars die vis vangen en op zoek gaan naar de bruinvissen en zeekoeien die de lagune bezoeken. Dit luxe appartement is prachtig ingericht en volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft - breng uw strandhanddoeken mee! Zeer comfortabele bedden - een koning in de master en een koningin in de logeerkamer. in de meester en het hoofdbad heeft dubbele ijdelheden. Het hol heeft een slaapbank als je extra slaapruimte nodig hebt! Er is een gereserveerde parkeerplaats in de garage voor uw gebruik, zodat uw auto niet hoeft te bakken in de zon van Florida. The condo was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the washer and dryer worked well and we loved sitting on the well-appointed balcony watching the dolphins in the lagoon and the gorgeous sunsets. We appreciated the peace and quiet in the building and the building’s pool was warm, clean and most enjoyable.

Condo was nice, just needed counters wiped down. Handicap accessibility was ok, bathrooms were hard for my friend to navigate. Glass shower door was a concern for him as he has fallen through glass before. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed wandering the grounds and seeing all the wildlife. I would definitely go back. Beds were a 10/10! So comfortable! Hosts always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. We have had issues with unfriendly people in the past, but that definitely wasn't a problem here! People were so nice and helpful! We saw birds, dolphins, sharks, and my favorite were the manatees! I fully recommend this location!

This condo and property were the perfect Christmas vacation for our family. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony, swimming in the pool, using our kayaks and paddle boards, and watching the many dolphins and manatees. Weather was perfect and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Fun from Hudson

Well-kept condo with lovely furnishings and gorgeous views of the Gulf and sunsets. Was a great and affordable central location for us to explore Tampa, Clearwater, and Sarasota. Owners were very responsive and nice!

This is awesome!

I can't find enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. This place is amazing! The owner is really good at communicating. We had perfect weather. Every detail is given to making this a comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend this rental! Except if you try to book it next time i want it.

Great February stay

We really enjoyed the condo and area. Views from the balcony were fabulous and easy to navigate the area. Walked to several water front bars and restaurants . Especially liked Sam’s. Cindy was very accommodating and great to work with. Will look to stay here again.

Another wonder stay

Every time we stay at the property we find something new to do. The condo is always clean and well stocked. Cindy responds quickly to any questions or concerns. This year we went to Crystal River to swim with the manatees - I highly recommend it.

Relaxation

We were looking for rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we found at this condo. The views are breathtaking. The sunsets are beautiful. Cindy is so easy to work with. Hudson is such a friendly and welcoming community. I would highly recommend this condo. Already planning a return trip!

Another Great Gulf Island Getaway

We have stayed in condos at this complex several times over the years. This complex is in a great and scenic location with beautiful views of the lagoon, Gulf and the complex itself. The pool and beach properties are well maintained. This specific condo we stayed in this year is beautifully decorated and well maintained/equipped. Cindy the owner was a pleasure to work with and she was attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our month-long stay. Would highly recommend that you check out this property if you are planning a trip to Hudson and Gulf Island.

Great condo & location!

The condo was perfect for our 10 day stay. The sunsets from the balcony were awesome! Nice secure and quiet location. Condo had plenty of room for an extra family member to visit for a few days. Loved watching all the wildlife including sting rays in the lagoon. The Inn on the Gulf, Sam Seltzers & Sam's Beach Bar where our favorite places to eat. Vacation in Hudson

The condo is exactly as described in the pictures and is very clean. The taller chairs on the balcony were greatly appreciated as it allowed a better view over the balcony wall to see the dolphins and manatees. We loved being on the balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The sunsets were beautiful. There is also a nature trail which we enjoyed walking. Cindy sent check in instructions well in advance which was very helpful. She even included driving directions from the Interstate. She was very easy to communicate with responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!! Debbie

37 Days In Paradise

Our 37 night vacation at this condo was as advertised and more. Check-in was easy and explained well to us beforehand. We found the kitchen fully stocked and a generous amount of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The beds were comfortable with nice linens - lots of towels with extra in the linen closet. The condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 bathrooms, one of which had been newly renovated with a new roomy shower with glass doors. We loved the large balcony that faced west with beautiful sunsets and regular dolphin and pelican sightings. The chairs were comfortable, a lounge would be a great addition. The large salt water pool was at a comfortable temperature with lots of lounges and chairs and it was never crowded. We enjoyed the gated 24 hour security at the entrance as well as the underground parking spot provided with the condo. The holiday was peaceful and relaxing - shopping was close by. Everything was wonderful - we are very grateful to our gracious hosts and can’t wait for a return trip here. Ron and Bonnie

Terrific Family Spring Break

Quiet. Secluded. Pictures and description accurately represent the accommodations. Spectacular sunsets, including surprise dolphin and manatee sightings in the lagoon and gulf during the week. Overall condition of condo: Excellent. Upon our arrival, the unit was very clean. It was well-furnished and tastefully decorated. Owners seeded us with first-use dish soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, tissue, napkins and paper towel. Balcony with patio furniture was clean. Our family enjoyed two meals each day in addition to simply relaxing on the balcony. No bugs nor flying gnats. Kitchen and living room: Complete appliances, including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Working ice-maker in freezer. Nice dining room table and chairs. Kitchen stools at counter. HD tvs, DVD player, cable and internet services were great. Very effective HVAC. Bedrooms and bathrooms: Two bedrooms, two full baths (one with two sinks) - perfect for families or two couples. Plenty of quality hangers in the closets. Ample closet space and dresser drawers. Well-furnished, including linens and towels. Very easy to move in and live for a week. Condo complex: Facility good for older adults and families with children of all ages. Helpful staff. Friendly residents and guests. Pool, decks and tennis courts readily accessible. Very small public beach. Convenient nearby shopping for fresh seafood and daily consumables. Little things to notice: Complete sets of quality utensils and dishes and cookware. Owners allowed us to use their indoor parking spot. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely rent again.

Another Stay In Paradise

This was our second stay at this property, and we have already booked again for next year. The condo complex is ideally located and well-kept and the condo unit itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owner has made some great kitchen appliance upgrades since our last stay. The owner is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend the property.
