Pet Policy - We Love Pets! We know that pets are part of the family, which is why we proudly welcome 2 pets per cabin with a 40lb weight limit at no additional upfront pet fee. If you're bringing your furry friends along, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance, including the number of pets, their breed(s), and weight. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets during the stay. This includes, but is not limited to: stains, odors, scratches, or chewing damage. We ask that all pets remain leashed and under your full control at all times while on the property to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

While we provide a thorough professional cleaning after every stay, we cannot guarantee the absence of pet allergens. NON-SMOKING!! We have a strict Non-Smoking Policy To maintain a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all our guests, our cabins have been made equipped with ozone detectors which will alert when air quality is interrupted by smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana—Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and within 15 feet of all doors, windows, and hot tub. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum $1,500 cleaning and restoration fee, which will be charged to the guest’s card on file. This fee covers deep cleaning, odor removal, and potential cancellation or compensation to future guests affected by lingering smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our cabin smoke-free for everyone’s comfort and safety.
