Le foto che erano sul sito sono totalmente differenti, l'hotel in realtà è molto più vecchio, sia come struttura che come arredamento, non è vista mare, ma in un strada parallela al mare che si trova dietro. per questo motivo, ho annullato la prenotazione con loro, e sono andato in un altra struttura presa lì sul posto, ho provato a chiamarvi per annullare la prenotazione, ma il vostro combinatore telefonico, non riusciva a capire i numeri da me digitati. visto che non avevo pagato nulla, ne tramite sito, ne in hotel, ho messo giù la chiamata

Clean room and the location is near the beach
The staff are trying their best to communicate with us even if they are having difficulty speaking the English language.

Very disappointing...
Quite disappointing experience. The room was dirty and everything had a very worn feeling to it. Very different from the pictures they’ve posted on Hotels.com. Very dark in the bathroom, cause one of the bulbs wasn’t working. Which wasn’t fixed even after I mentioned it. There was no toilet paper, soap, towel or anything shown on the profile. And no common space like there’s also shown on the profile. No coffee with breakfast. Had to wait more than 30 min at the airport for the transfer - though the day before I had told the, when I would be there. All in all definitely not a place i can recommend.

Nothing special and pricey transfer
This was a standard hotel and not bad for a one night stay. However, we had to wait over an hour to get a pickup at the airport. Also, they are offering a 'free return transfer' but beware that this is only one way and so are charged $20 for a one way transfer which I think is steep

A good value for money. close to the beach and other facilities. Breakfast was poor. Special mention of the staff, who went all out to help us.

Terrible!!!! ****DO NOT stay there***
The worse hotel I have ever been. Service was terrible. We waited for 90 minutes for airport transfer and the driver never arrived, we ended up taking a bus at 11:40 pm and when we arrived at the hotel the room wasn't ready. After midnight we got a dirty room and after checked in (around 0100 am) they came to our room to tell us that we had to pay $24 for breakfast (which was supposed to be complementary). We only stayed there because it was really late and it was paid for.

Small average hotel, 3 min from the beach
I have stayed for 11days in the Rani Beach hotel, so I can share my experience, overall quite positive with respect to the compromise price/quality. The hotel has still some construction work going on, and I expect things to get better. The personnel is friendly, but not top professional, so it was necessary to remind them sometimes about their due services. Their politeness hides sometimes a more clear and direct response - for instance, they took our own towels to be washed, without us asking for this. When I asked to get them back, they said yes, but nothing happened for the entire day. It took me some time to discuss later with them and find out that they were going to get them from the cleaning only one day later - they could have clarified things from the beginning, instead of only trying to stay polite. I had generally a positive interaction there - mainly two people and a manager are running the small hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle (their car) for bringing you to and from the airport. I was confused when I landed in Male, and I called the hotel from the information center - after waiting for 40min, a car picked me up. These are again some management glitches that can be improved with some more experience. The hotel is positioned on the street not directly with a beach view, but 3min walk to the ocean. There are several hotels with a direct ocean view, but you will pay more. Overall, a good experience for a small hotel.

FALSE PROMISES
DONT TRUST WHAT IS ADVERTISED Booked 9 Days stay in quadruple room for only 1 person, since rate was advertised on promotion similar as single room, booked quadruple room mainly because it had Kitchenete and needed it. On arrival was checked in at quadruple room which indeed had a kitchenette but next day was forced out and downgraded to a single room without kitchenete, for the remaining 8 days. Reception man wanted to charge an extra 50 dolars for using first floor common kitchen!! In addition room rate was advertised with breakfast but reception refused to provide saying it was not included. To finish Last rip off was charged 20USD for airport transport when advertised for 10USD. I booked this room for single lady who has relatively poor english, I´m sure they took advante of guest because of this, and since hotel manager was suposed to be out for vacation, nowhere to complain. You will see this is not the only review with complains of unfulliled promissed or trying to get more money out of you. Don´t book this hotel.

Ok hotel next to beach
This hotel was ok for the price but no frills,the location was also ok but moved to maafushi island for a few days which I found to be better place for booking trips and going to resort hotels.

A 30 second walk to the beach. Good breakfast, nice staff and had all you need although a low budget hotel.

Отдыхали с мужем с 28.01.16. по 02.02.16. Заселили быстро, хотя мы приехали в 8 утра. Предложили напитки, в номере все чисто, все работает исправно. На каждую нашу просьбу откликались и помогали два молодых парня. По нашей просьбе готовили по вечерам ужин, продукты мы сами покупали в местных магазинах.Соль, сахар, масло для жарки рыбы - без проблем просто взяли у них на кухне, которая располагается на крыше. Можно взять велосипед двойной с крышей и покататься вечером по острову. В последний день проживания у нас вылет был в 22-30, а выезд из отеля в 11 утра. без всяких доплат мы оставались в номере до самого вечера, спокойно собрались, что очень важно, т.к. на улице днем жарко и сидеть в аэропорту целый день тоже не очень. В целом отель очень понравился, цена-качество на высоте. Завтраки однообразные, но в принципе перекусить можно, чай-кофе хоть целый день.

Nice spot to wait for the transfer
Nothing special, but clean and they have all things you need. Room s bit small but ok. Bathroom a bit small too. Two bottles of water provided for each day of your stay. Breakfast is extremely small set. You can't choose it. One day it is american continental nightmare like toast, one asian sausage, omlet and drink. Another day is true Maldivian breakfast very good one but very very small amount of food. You can ask extra tea no problem. So to wait for your transfer one or two days, it is a good spot.
