Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road.

A bit of maintenance could do wonders
We found the carpet in the hall way and especially in the living room area with many stains and marks, as if it was dirty. The metal list between the carpet and the linoleum in the kitchen was loose, and we had to be careful to not kick it and fall over it. Just to mention a few things.

The images were absolutely amazing, but I believe it is a huge over exaggeration. We booked flat 3, which was 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds. They beds were a standard double maximum, the mattresses were about 10cm thick, and not very comfortable at all. Our stay wasn’t bad at all, there were multiple facilities (to cook etc) but again, the overall cleanliness was bare minimum. I wouldn’t stay here again. No parking either, so we had to leave our car down a back road. The carpets very also very dirty.

When we arrived at MyUkSuites, we found the apartment on a busy main road with no safe parking. Although the property is advertised with free parking it is on a side road behind where I personally didn’t want to leave my car. Initially we had to swap apartments because the living space wasn’t big enough for 4 people even though it is advertised as a family flat. The window overlooked the busy main road and was very noise. The dining table had only 3 chairs and there was only a 2 seater sofa to sit on. We spoke to the manager who moved us to flat 4 which was better as you felt out of the way of the main road and we had a view of the cars! Although it was better, it still only had a 2 seater sofa, the Lino flooring in the kitchen was poorly fitted and the Velux Windows were absolutley filthy. In the end we cut our visit short and only stayed for 1 night instead of 2.

Don't know where to begin. Stayed here almost a week in December. Looked lovely on the pictures. But we were disappointed big time! Outside was awful. Much rubbish. We stayed in number 5. The little fridge inside was noisy, and right next to the bed. And the fridge stank. But the rubbish bin was worse. It had not been empty before we came, and I don't want to think about what's was forgotten in there. Almost had to throw up. The bed is the worst bed I've ever slept in. So uncomfortable and hard. So did not sleep much for the week we stayed. We actually booked another hotel the last night, just to get a good night sleep before travelling home. One of the days we were in the apartment, we heard some people knocking on the door, then tried to open it. We were not properly dresser, since it was early in the morning. It was some builders working outside, and they needed to come in and do something in the bathroom. We didn't get any messages from the owners that this would happen. And we were not very happy about it. I sent a text message to the owners and told them about this. And when they replied they didn't apologize or anything . Other negative things was the low ceiling. Lucky for us we are not tall people, but average people will have it difficult. Especially using the shower. The walls was very thin, so we could hear the neighbors upstairs. So much noise..
