'Great pool, friendly staff, clean rooms and well worth the price.'

'I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.'

'Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, it was so very clean! We couldn't tell they were pets there at all. And they didn't use lots of heavy scents to cover up pet smells, they obviously just cleaned very well. So so thankful!'

'The room was definitely clean. It had a very strong bleach smell. Like ot had just had a terminal clean done. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in around the Springfield, MO area. No ice machine, the room did not have an iron, ironing board or hair dryer. No breakfast or any snacks to purchase. There was not any front desk staff on site from 10pm until 10 am.'

'the hotel where we slept was horribly right the first week me and my husband were covered with red bumps. the room was not clean. and you have to pay for towels it's just outrageous. even the price. For this hotel what you call a hotel. It's not normal. We spent a week in Tulsa with the same name woodspring suites that was only a clean room and even there you don't have to pay for towels. Just like the internet which is so bad you can only have 2 lines otherwise pay for more lines. and then...

'Property was nice and redone. Beds were comfy and cold air. Breakfast was not the greatest as it featured same cold eggs and links and some kind of potato’s , no biscuits and gravy on either days. Gym was nice but small and pool was nice and clean. Overall I would stay again as it was easy to get around and was right off highway.'
