Spectaculaire en volledige villa met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Verhuur door eigenaar, voor die vakantieganger die behoefte heeft aan een grote leefruimte, gelegen in Fairway Courts Complex, gezien dit de beste sectie in Palmas del Mar residentiële en Resort gemeenschap. Slechts 45 minuten van de internationale luchthaven van San Juan en het oude San Juan.

Deze villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. De master kamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer, met schuifdeur met uitzicht op het terras en het zwembad. De kamer heeft 2 aparte bedden met een 2 extra opklapbaar eenpersoonsbed, een complete badkamer, een kleine keuken en een kleine koelkast in de tweede badkamer met onafhankelijke deur. De villa heeft ook een grote keuken met alle keukengerei, potten, pannen, kleine apparaten, koelkast, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Beddengoed en handdoeken beschikbaar. Welkomstpakket met voorgerecht: toiletpapier, zeep, afwasmiddel, papieren handdoeken. Gast moet deze essentiële zaken opnieuw vullen. Ook inclusief een slaapbank. WIFI, (2) 4 Smart-tv's. Totaal van 1.700 vierkante voet Villa. Slaap 7 volwassenen of 6 volwassenen 2 kinderen.

Je staat naast de Tennis Club Courts, tegenover hole nummer zes van een van de 18 Holes Championship Golf Courses, The Flamboyan course en The Palm course, ontworpen door Rees Jones en Gary Player.

Op loopafstand van het casino en meer dan twee mijl van zandstranden in het resort eigendom, meer dan 12 restaurants en bistro's, full-service jachthaven, Deep See Fishing / SCUBA charters en complete manege.

Op slechts 30 minuten van de stad Fajardo, waar u een veerdienst heeft naar de eilanden Vieques en Culebra, kunt u ook de keuze maken om een boot te nemen vanuit Palmas del Mar voor uitstapjes naar Monkey Island, Culebra, Vieques, Palomino, Palominito en biedt ongerepte , ongerepte, witte zandstranden.

Beautiful villa, beautiful setting

I stayed at this villa with my adult children in May and the Villa is just as beautiful pictured- really clean and nicely decorated. Carlos was very helpful from the check in process, he promptly responded to any issues/questions or doubts we had and was very pleasant to work with. Vanessa and Jimmy were also very quick responding during the booking process. The pool area was our favorite spot. There are a few restaurants on the resort grounds that we also enjoyed. This villa is close to the highway which allows you to have access to other areas of the island easily. Great location. I love this area of the island for all the natural beauty it offers that you won’t get in the metropolitan area. I would recommend this Villa and will see if available on our future trips.

First trip to PR

The condo location was safe and secure: Loved the easy and close pool access. The condo manager was very responsive upon our late arrival and when we had a question regarding the area. The condo was missing some basics such as baking sheets, pizza pan, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, kitchen towels, dish soap, hand towels, washcloths and mattress/pillow protectors. The rugs looked like they needed washing in the master bedroom. The cleaning service is lacking. The corners and base boards were dirty as if they only mop. We were going to use the sofa sleeper but changed our mind when we picked up the cushions and saw a bread tie, toothpick, food crumbs, etc.So the kids just decided to share a room overall the condo was nice. It was convenient to have washer and dryer.

Simply beautiful

This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean.

Our family enjoyed staying at Palmas del Mar over Christmas. The place is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking although the resort offers a lot of dining options as well.

The most beautiful house in the resort

We had a lovely experience this past week. We went to Puerto Rico for a wedding and found the most beautiful place in Humacao. The hosts, my security, all personnel Were wonderful. The furniture, beds, view, everything was absolutely exquisite.

Amazing Property!!!

This was a wonderful villa in Palmas. It made our honeymoon a unforgettable experience! Property manager was easy to reach and the staff was very helpful and polite. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants

Nice Location; Unit Needs Attention/Clean Sweep

Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful resort area. The location of the unit was good, easy to find and close to the pool. The unit lacked cleanliness, dirty walls, dirty windows, cabinets, floors and closet space. Many of the windows did not open and the ones that did were a challenge. The Hurricane shutter was closed on the front bedroom for several days, we requested that it be opened, However, once the shutter was open the windows and door were nonoperational. When we arrive the closet door and towel bar were off. I notified management and had to call twice, finally repaired a week or so later. Patio curtains were old and could not be used. Unit needs maintenance. Cleaning fee is excessive given the condition of unit.

First time in Puerto Rico

Everything was great - Palmas is beautiful! Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. I bought supplies and cleaned the grease off the entire stove, cleaned the outside of the dishwasher and refrigerator, scrubbed the sink and drains with cleanser and wiped down all the cabinets. There were ants on the counters the whole time. I did not clean the pantry, which needs to be done. Wish there were cookie sheets to be able to heat up a pizza or anything in the oven. Also, no washcloths and 2 hand towels. Overall great stay - could have been fabulous.

Very nice

Everything was great, just as advertised. The only thing I could recommend is that they have more supplies, toilet paper, plastic cups, dish soap etc. They seem to keep all this locked in a closet. Also kitchen towels, which we bought and left there.

Could Use Some Upgrades/Cleaning

The area/resort was nice, although there wasn't enough within walking distance--you need a golf cart for the resort. We had no idea we should have rented one before leaving for PR, and unfortunately for our teens, no rentals were available. This would be good to know on the VRBO website. The unit itself is outdated, & the kitchen is falling apart (the countertops are dented because of a poor installation, and they are not connected to the cabinets in some places.) The dishes were filthy--we had to boil pans with soap and water to get the food off before using them. The entire unit needs a thorough cleaning. We didn't have hot water for the first 3 days. Initially, the owner told us they'd just installed a new water heater and that it was set properly. After a few more texts, she had the property manager (who was lovely) address the issue and add a "booster." The issue was that their water heater wasn't large enough to heat an entire condo (my husband is a contractor and saw the unit). We travel a lot and have stayed in rental homes from Iceland, Rome, Hawaii and a slew of places in between. This condo wasn't the worst, but it is on the low end of places we've rented and very disappointing. Most hosts provide a book with things to do, how to access places (like the beach), etc., but this one did not. It would have been helpful. Also, less of an issue, but there were no batteries in the main TV remote. Overall, it could have been much better. I would not rent it again.

absolutely wonderful

The location was an easy drive with GPS from SJU airport. From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, modern, well cared for, with a great view of both the pool and the mountains. Palmas is huge, I would recommend renting a golf cart even for a day to tour all of it. We didn't eat in Palmas much, there is a great food truck park a few miles out, and the food truck/stands along the streets are also a must. We traveled to Patillas by coast and the view was breath taking the entire way. We stopped at a local bakery to bring home goodies the day before we checked out. On check out day I made it to the airport and realized we forgot our goodies on the counter. The condo manager offered for his son to drive to the airport with our baked goods which goes to show the kindness you can expect. We will be back for certain.

PR fun

This is my 3rd visit to PR and love the island and people. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space had plenty of room for 4 people and the pool was just below us. The beach was just okay, the seaweed season is here and the eastern side of the island got hit. So the beach was unswimable and had an odor for 1/2 our stay. Overall a good time and value

Great family friendly condo!

We stayed for a week over the kids spring break. The condo was exactly as described. Only thing is that the pics in the listing don’t do it justice! Felt above my pay grade. One minute walk to the big, clean quiet pool. Great view of the pool to keep an eye on the kids. Felt totally safe. Safe enough for the kids, 15 and 13, to walk to the plaza for ice cream and pizza. Warm sun on the balcony in the evenings. Had cooking gear for breakfast and a few dinners in. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful villa

The villa was very beautiful and clean great for families, close to the beach and inside palmas del mar the only problem i had was that if you barely make any noise the neighbors downstairs will complain for any little noise you make like they left me a note saying i was moving furniture late at night which i wasn't because i would usually go to sleep around 9pm to get up early the only thing i would move is the chairs in the dining room to sit and eat even then i would mostly pick them up so they would make noise besides that noise complain everything else was great!
