'We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.'

'Quaint cabin nestled amid the pines-a nature-lover's dream come true. Went to bed admiring the starry night and woke up to the sounds of birds chirping, then headed out on a different hike each day. The hikes (and much more) are well desribed in the host's folder. The kitchen is well supplied and inviting to prepare your own meals throughout your stay. 'This place is well located, especially with kids, you can walk everywhere in the small town you might want to go to; the pool, downtown for an ice cream, or the playground. The overall area is beautiful and very outdoorsy, we went hiking and saw lots of mountain bikers, runners, etc. The house is as advertised. The kitchen could use more dishes and serving platters/bowls, and the place was a bit grimy (as many rentals are). Overall we had a lovely stay. '

'This would be an amazing place to return to again & again! Felt like it exceeded what pictures show. There was so much available in supplies and entertainment that we could've barely packed and still been spoiled. Was a retreat, for sure. Loved Lampkin park in the cool evenings & Fern Lake in the day (where we totally recommend bringing a remote-control boat for the thrill). 'This is my second time staying at this Cabin . It’s the perfect location! It’s right down the street from the lake and a very short walking distance to all the shops. The cabin is very cozy and rustic.. Excellent communication from the owner made for an easy check-in. '

'The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas.'

'We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.'

'We traveled with two other families to a cozy cabin in the snow, and it was perfect for our group. Each family had their own full bathroom, which made everything so much easier. The downstairs area was spacious and felt like its own cabin, complete with a living room and kitchenette.
