Extended family Christmas
We had a lovely Christmas break in Hunstanton. The house was in a great proximity to the town and beach which catered for all the different generations. The house itself was lovely and clean with a generous kitchen filled with all we could need. The house was lovely and warm despite its spacious size. The two living rooms were very handy and the pool table was a lovely distraction from the TV! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return there one day.

Family holiday in Hunstanton
Great property in convenient central location with the benefit of parking. Immediate response from owner who fixed a problem with a running tap within hours of being informed. 10 adults and 1 teenager and 1 Shih tzu very happy with our spacious rooms and facilities. When we arrived the rubbish bin had not been emptied probably because it had been inside the boundary of the property instead of being pushed outside of the gates. Not a problem as it was a large commercial bin with room for a few more bin bags. The owner did offer to arrange an extra collection for us. Family made use of the snooker table and great selection of books. Really appreciated the little extras like the Alexa device in the kitchen and plenty of toilet rolls. The house in general is probably due for a lick of paint, but we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. Would recommend.

Together again
Weve stayed in many holiday properties over the years. This one gets the "Wow!" factor for the size of the rooms, the pool table, kitchen equipment and of course the sunset views over the sea from the lounge. It was also great to have both a garden and parking as the extended family came together from various corners of England (and China!)

Second year we’ve been.
This is our second year in a row staying at Bracondale. Lovely house in a perfect location. Our party consists of 6 adults, a 3 year old, her new baby brother and three small dogs. Perfect for (constant) trips to the park! We look forward to coming again.

Fantastic Property - Ideal for a family stay and in a perfect location
The property was perfect for what we needed; close to the sea and the town centre, and a short walk to Old Hunstanton and the dunes. A large enough property to house a family gathering, with some lovely original features and well appointed with books, games and a pool table. Would highly recommend.

New Years Stay
We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children ages 7 and 3. We had a wonderful holiday. The communication with the owners was great. The house is in an excellent location, across the road from the beach, a walk into town and near enough to places to visit. We visited Sandringham a few times for walks, went to Holkham beach. The house itself was huge! The bedrooms were great, having the two living rooms, we had more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was all well equipped for our large group. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Thanks so much for a fab holiday!

Fantastic Weekend Away!
Absolutely perfect house for a family and friends get together (x12 of us with a mix of adults, teenagers and children). Perfect location for Hunstanton and getting to other locations such as Thornham and Brancaster. We will definitely be contacting the owners again for further stays at this amazing house.

What a find!
Three generations came together for a family Christmas gathering. The house was perfect for our group. Having 2 lounges enabled some quiet paper reading while others were playing pool. The 2 floors of bedrooms was ideal as the small children were able to be on one floor. Everyone slept well. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and really appreciated the double oven. There was plenty of hot water, as others say the shower pressure in the en-suite was not as good as the main bathroom but several enjoyed having a bath. The location was ideal we enjoyed a blustery walk along the seafront and were just minutes from the local shops and cafes. All the family from toddler to retirees loved the house and we went through the availability calendar to try and find a weekend for 2023 as we all want to return.

Hunstanton Visit
We are a group of running friends who had entered for the Sandringham 10K run. The property suited us very well as we are a mixed group of individuals. We all had a good weekend in the house enjoying food, drink and plenty of conversation around the kitchen table. The house is very spacious with lovely Arts and Crafts features, a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting.

A fabulous 80th birthday family weekend
This house was just perfect for our family weekend celebrating an 80th birthday with 4 generations. Big rooms, lots of space, lovely garden and thick walls so very soundproof - we had a 19 month old and a dog and all slept well. Location is superb, sea views from some rooms and just minutes from the seafront and the town centre. Highly recommend this place for large groups be it family or friends.

Great family house in perfect location
House is great for a large family get together with large communal areas and garden as well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of good extras like books, board games, pool table for any bad weather days. Location is perfect right next to beach and shops. A very few small niggles that stopped this from being a 5 star rating: the outside bin was completely full when we arrived, there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms, and it would have been good to have a welcome pack with some basics like milk, bread, dishwasher tablets waiting when we arrived - this seems to be standard in other places we have rented. However, we were close to shops so wasn’t a huge issue.

Perfect house
We came away with our children and grandchildren and we all agree the house was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. The house is in an excellent location. The owners were very attentive and helpful. If we came away to Norfolk we would most definitely look to stay again

We had a wonderful time at this very well appointed and spacious property.Loads of room for 3 families that included children aged 7,5,2 and a baby. Couldnt have asked for a better property to rent for a week. Owners were very attentive and great to deal with. Highly recommended. Had a lovely weekend away with family celebrating a big birthday. Three generations enjoyed the accommodation, location and pool table! Just what we required. House contains everything you could need for living, sleeping and eating. Great location too for all activities. Really was home from home. Only suggestion given the weather we had is to put a mat just inside the back door - 11 pairs of shoes in torrential rain meant we were continually mopping the kitchen floor! Highly recommend. To give you 5 stars I would have asked for better showers in some bathrooms. The output of water was temperamental in a couple. However this shouldn’t distract from the property review at all and should be easily fixed by the owners.

Great weekend
We arrived late after an appalling journey (lorry overturned on A47). However as soon as we gained access to the house it was just as described. It was lovely and clean and we were especially pleased with the equipment. There were ten adults a child and newborn baby, we had lots of room and great weather. Just before we went I saw a very negative review, so I was a bit apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried. Our experience was fantastic and I will certainly consider it for a future break. Thank you for providing such a great break

The house is brilliant, every room is so large (including bedrooms)and spread out so you never feel on top of each other. As we had three small children we were able to keep one reception room as a play area and then in the evening had the other one for us adults to just relax in. Kitchen is great and really big. For us area was good base for us to go to diff beaches and farms/adventure parks - fab family holiday

Fabulous property, perfect location
Just back from a brilliant week at this property. There were 8 of us staying in it (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was perfect for our needs. The place is huge so everyone had plenty of space. We had no issues with cleanliness it was spotless and everything was in good working order. Highlights included the pool table, massive bath and lots of fridge room for the online shop! The wifi could be a little hit and miss in some rooms if all the kids were on their tablets, but i believe this is getting upgraded soon. Location wise, it is really close to all the facilities, even the kids couldn't complain about the few minutes it took to get to the shops, amusements, beach etc. Oh, and decent chinese and indian takeaways just around the corner too. Plus there is a great play park at the end of the road (with pitch and putt and icecream stand) which is all of... 2 minutes away? We go away as a group every year and it is very hard to find such a large property so close to amenities (with sea views!), especially with off road parking, so this is a real find. We had a small maintenance issue on the second night, but the owner was straight back to me on the phone and popped straight over to sort it out. Couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, I think this is probably the best property our group have stayed in during the 10 years or so that we have been needing a property of this size. Highly recommended!

Dirty un-maintained property, Discourteous owner, do not be fooled.
First impressions were let down on arrival due to cleaners still being at the property after check in time, which I can understand can happen on occasions however the cleanliness was very poor. Once in the property a number of issues become apparent... Balcony door broken unusable. Top floor shower not functioning. Leak undersink. Broken single bed. Broken gate. Wifi shocking. No guest book/information. 9am in the morning guests woken up to window cleaning. Window cleaner opened gate with no notice with dogs in the garden. DVDs not working and remotes missing batteries. TV in kitchen no working correctly. Cleanliness - Thick dirt throughout, fridge freezer filthy, Kettle full of limescale, food found on sofas, toilets dirty, BBQ needed deep clean before using, floors dirty, lawn uncut. On our second night the electrics to the property kept cutting out plunging us into darkness! Causing one child to have a panic attack. We spent nearly 2hrs getting hold of the owner after trying to isolate the issue and once we made contact he was very rude and unhelpful, he did suggest it could be an issue with the outside light which in turn meant we had no light to the garden in the evenings for rest of our stay - ruined our evening/night. Property has lovely character and so much potential in a great location but let down by a number of serious maintenance issues and cleanliness was very poor especially during a pandemic which unfortunately soured our stay.

Great family week post lockdown
First week out of London for 7 months and we couldn't have asked for a better house to enjoy it in! Really great large holiday house with everything you need (including pool table which the kids loved), in a great location close to the shops, amenities and beach in Hunstanton. The house was spotless, everything worked, and Claire and Robert were great remote hosts (easy to get in touch with, very responsive). We were lucky to have amazing weather all week and made the most of it while exploring the incredible beaches and picturesque villages of the Norfolk Coast. Just what the doctor ordered. Lovely house, great location for the beach. Lovely and clean on arrival. Huge bedrooms. Good well stocked Kitchen We loved the pool table. Minor thing - back gate is hard to close, so difficult to close the garden in for the Dog.

Great late summer holiday
The property is fabulous arts & crafts building Loads of space We were two families and we each had a floor. Downstairs we had a children’s lounge & adults lounge which was great. Huge kitchen with two fridges and a good size freezer, so often holiday homes lack a larger fridge, so was great to have that space! The closeness to the beach is the real gem! You can walk to old Hunstanton for a sandy beach or go rock pooling 2 mins walk. The only suggestion I have for making it bit more luxurious is having bigger double beds to fit the huge bedrooms! Other than that the house was will equipped and beautifully furnished. Thanks we had a great early autumn break!

A spacious comfortable property
The house is large as are all the rooms in it. We were staying with our young grandchildren during a wet and windy period so having the extra space was very useful. Located in a quite square, the property is only a short distance from the main activities of the town, eateries etc (a one minute walk from the beach) which was also useful as we could walk to all of them. Plenty of practical stuff in the house and also to amuse so good for poor weather. House will take 12 guests and there really is room for 12 without feeling crowded.
