Toplocatie: Nieuw gebouwde, ruime 3000 m² woning - 5 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers huis in Lake Community. Een mijl van Hunter Mountain Resort, met korte pendelen naar Ski- Windham Mountain. Adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. Ruime open concept woonkamer en geweldige buitenruimte voor entertainment.

Het uitzicht op het meer omgeven door prachtige Hunter Mountain is slechts de eerste van vele hoogtepunten die u zult opvallen in dit nieuw gebouwde huis. Dit huis ligt in het gezellige stadje Hunter, op minder dan een kilometer van Hunter Mountain Resort en op korte afstand van de restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden van het gebied.

U wordt verwelkomd door een gloednieuwe ruime open concept eerste verdieping, met een grote keuken en leuke ruimte - met gloednieuwe apparaten en aanrecht stoelen voor vier. Onze grote eettafel biedt voldoende ruimte om te genieten van een maaltijd met het hele gezin en comfortabele zitplaatsen in de woonkamer om te genieten van het spel op het 55-inch flatscreen, of lees een boek en ontspan. Tijdens het warmere seizoen kunt u ontspannen op onze lagere leefruimte buiten met overdekt terras en grasveld voor een bbq of gewoon genieten van het uitzicht op de senic! Het privémeer is toegankelijk vanaf de achterkant van het pand, waar u kunt genieten van activiteiten zoals zwemmen, vissen, kanoën en kajakken.

Het lagere niveau van dit huis beschikt ook over een koningin slaapkamer, complete badkamer en een speelkamer.

De speelkamer is de perfecte plek voor kinderen, oud en jong om rond te hangen. De speelkamer beschikt over een airhockeytafel, darts, WII-spelsysteem, evenals bordspellen en kaarten. Deze kamer beschikt ook over twee slaapbanken, voor slaapplaatsen.

De prachtige op maat gemaakte en unieke trap zal zeker uw aandacht trekken wanneer u de bovenste verdieping van dit huis bezoekt.

Boven vindt u een prachtig en privé-masterpak. Het hoofdpak beschikt over een prachtig kingsize bed, een eigen complete badkamer en een woonruimte met een extra slaapbank. Hier kunt u genieten van enkele van de meest adembenemende zonsondergangen over het meer vanaf uw eigen terras.

Onze tweede verdieping beschikt ook over een stapelbed kamer, beide stapelbedden met onderschuifbedden - geschikt voor 6 kinderen, en een prachtige dubbele koningin kamer.

Dit huis beschikt over prachtige houten vloeren en lagere leefruimte en beide dekken zijn uitgerust met multimedia luidsprekersystemen om van te genieten. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen televisie met kabel, en in onze woonkamer bieden wij DVR- zodat u nooit iets mist! WIFI is ook inbegrepen.

Bezoekers in de omgeving kunnen het hele jaar door genieten van tal van activiteiten, waaronder Skiën / Festivals / Wandelen / Vissen / Zwemmen / Sneeuwmobiel / Bruiloften en meer!

Great Skiing Location

Group of beginners went for skiing. While conditions on the mountain weren’t ideal this weekend, we were very pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious, clean, and so close to the slopes.

Used and tired.

The place was used a tired. Cheap mattress, linens and pillows, brown towels that smelt like mildew. No gas grill. Broken couch we couldn’t sit in. Pans, cutlery, were cheap and gross. Two wine glasses for 4 adults. Walkway and the driveway and patios were sheets of ice with no salt or sand make the walk to the charcoal bbq a challenge. For the price, it was not worth it.

Family getaway

The property was large, nice, and clean in a great location for outdoor activities. Hosts were pleasant to work with and always available to answer questions ahead of time and help once we arrived. There only thing we would suggest is to state in the listing that there are bears in the area in case people but from the area are not aware. One walked through the yard in the daytime and we think we heard one trying to get into the dumpster overnight. Fortunately at both times, all of us were inside. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend!

The house was very clean, had lots of space, and worked perfectly for our family of 7. The kids had a great time playing in the lake. It was a great location to explore the Catskills area. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

Girls Weekend

We had a perfectly relaxing weekend! Between the water, the fire pit, two decks and open living/dining/kitchen our large group of 12 were all able to be together without ever feeling crowded. The location of the house was ideal. Several of the girls talked about returning to the house in the winter due the proximity to the town and mountain! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful House So Close to Hunter Mtn!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and it is a perfect house for a ski weekend at Hunter Mountain! The house is SO close to the base of Hunter, just a quick few minutes in the car, and the property is fantastic. Bill and Nicole are awesome hosts, so easy to communicate with and super helpful! The home is so clean, and has wonderful space/layout. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of room for the kids (they loved the bunkbed room!) and the game room with air hockey table is a huge bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay!

This home was perfect for a group getaway! The group of us spent most of our time outside in the yard and by the lake. There was plenty of room for activities and places to sit and hangout. We utilized the picnic tables and grills they had to offer. On the lake there was a nice area for us to sit as well. Would strongly recommend staying here for any large group of friends and family!

Great stay!

My family and I rented this house for a ski weekend and it was great! Communication with the owners was wonderful, they were really helpful with any questions we had and were so willing to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious, and the game room was an added bonus for the little kids (who loved the air hockey table and the Wii!). There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were all a really nice size and more spacious even than the pictures could show. We had a wonderful stay here!

You really can’t get any better than this property! Close to downtown (2 minute drive), beautiful lake to swim in with a mountain rain landscape in the backyard, fire pit, and a very spacious house! Perfect for all of your Catskill Mountain needs!

Family vacation in Hunter, NY

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Hunter, New York very much. The house was spacious, clean, very close to Hunter Lake, in a very quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of Hunter Mountain and a nice-sized lawn for the children. We had plenty of space for our family of 13, which ranged in age from two senior citizens to a three year old. We appreciated that linens, two kayaks and a canoe were supplied. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit, after a day of swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing, playing games, and just spending time together as a family. We had a fantastic week!

Fun Family Getaway Homs

This house was awesome! My family and two of our close family friends and their families were able to live comfortably at the home with us. There was plenty of room. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and swimming for our children. Very close to hiking, fishing, and other towns to investigate. We truly enjoyed this home.

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake!

We had a super fun filled vacation at this home. 3 families with kids ages 5-12 and it was just perfect for us. Easy check in process. The house was a nice size to fit us all comfortably. We loved that the house had kayaks and a canoe to enjoy the lake. The kids loved swimming and fishing. There was a beautiful creek nearby to explore as well. The owner was very responsive, A+ experience! Only negative is that there wasn’t AC in 2 of the bedrooms so a bit uncomfortable on a hot night! For access to the lake you need to be sure footed as you have to go on the rocks to get in- there is no dock. The house is conveniently located. We were able to do rail explorers which was about 25 minutes away, and the kaaterskill falls was about 15 minutes drive. Our families had a great time and we will definitely stay here again!
