'Great hotel. My 4th visit there. Convenient, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the bathroom door would not stay shut (room 306). Will definitely stay there again.'

'Great for kids. Walking distance to so many things(Childrens museum , aquarium). Had a pool, wonderful breakfast. Rooms were clean. Linens were nice. Only issue we ran into was the pool ran out of towels'

'The location was fine. You have to pay $21 to park in the lot, so when the listing tells you parking is included, that’s not accurate. Also, if you are booking a “river view” room, make sure you are above the second floor or your view will be of the air conditioning units like mine was. It was a nice comfortable room, which was nice. The view and the parking are not great though.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...

'We tayed in a very small room with two queen beds, everything costs, even coffee downstairs in the morning, valet parking is $30 and they expect tips... great location, beautiful hotel, but not enough to make me stay here again'
