Beach Walk Bungalow is a private, updated 1925 beach bungalow just 1/2 mile from the beach, Huntington Beach Pier, Main Street, and Pacific City. Located behind another historic bungalow on a split downtown lot, the property is fully enclosed with a private alley entrance and one off-street parking space steps from the gate.

Inside, the bungalow sleeps four and includes a full kitchen, private bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dining island for four, workspace, TV, and comfortable sleeper sofa. Please note: guests using the sofa bed will pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

Outdoor spaces include a grassy dining area with BBQ and outdoor shower, plus a separate lounge area with sofa seating and a fire pit table. A stackable washer/dryer is also available for guest use.

There is a small owner’s cottage located behind the bungalow that we use part-time. The cottage is fenced and does not share any common spaces with the bungalow, with the exception of the separate laundry area. The stackable washer and dryer are located in a covered laundry area just steps from the bungalow and are accessed through the breezeway.

While the bungalow is on a typically quiet residential street, it is also in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach, so some city and beach-town noise is possible. You may occasionally hear helicopters, music, skateboards, motorcycles, or trash trucks. During the summer and around holidays, fireworks can also be quite loud.
