Beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon and a cooler are provided, so you can head to the sand without packing a thing. Guests consistently praise the comfortable beds, the spotless home and how walkable everything is.

PARKING
1 space in the garage, plus 1 additional space in the driveway (parked sideways and aligned with the garage door). An EV charger is available in the garage. Overnight street parking is not allowed.

ARRIVAL
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your access code and a digital guidebook arrive before your stay. Check-in is 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM.

GOOD TO KNOW
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
- No parties, events or unregistered guests. Primary renter must be 25 or older. No pets.
- An owner-occupied ADU is on the property. Guest spaces are completely separate and private.
- Outdoor security cameras are at the front door and garage exterior. There are no cameras inside.
- A well-maintained oil rig is nearby, and guests describe the area as peaceful.
