'Great and very helpfull staff. Also, massive shoutout for being one of the few hotels who remained affordable during the Back to the Beginning concert weekend! My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. 'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
