We had several issues with our stay. Infostated that we'd get check-in instructions within 24hrs of our stay. When we were about to leave home that morning, I still hadn't received anything so I wanted to call and make sure everything was set. When I called the numbers provided on the reservation, the line was disconnected. I was concerned we'd been scammed. I was able to look up the website for the property management company and found a different number and when I was connected with them they shared management had changed for the property recently and that's probably why the number hadn't been updated.Once we arrrived, parking was not labeled (instructions told us to park in space labeled B). The pool water was very green and foggy, and the deck was messy with some trash and crowded with chairs. None of this matched the listing photos.When we entered the unit, the keypad was dying so it took us 10+ attempts to enter the code before the motor could fully turn the deadbolt. Then we saw that the furniture did not match the listing photos either: it had been replaced with floppy futons with crumbs all over. We called mgmt again later to see if we could get the batteries replaced in the keypad and I was on hold for over 10 mins before they said they'd have to call back. The callback simply said someone would be out to look. When we returned that PM, nothing had changed and we had to ask a maintenance person for help. He was great but hadn't even known there was a problem.
