'We enjoyed our time in the area. Porcupine mts, waterfalls, finding yuperlites at little girl point. The house fit us well and had plenty of space for our group of 6. We were surprised to learn that the lake access was 200 feet to the left, and down a few houses. Later learned that it was a shared HOA area. 'Peaceful, beautiful property, nice walking path, lots to explore. We saw deer, squirrels, woodpeckers, birds, beaver/muskrat, and some fish. Stories & s'mores around the firepit each night. Fished by boat and canoe. Also kayaked. Great kitchen area and outdoor grill. Had foosball champion competition, played games, watched movies, went to Mercer for fish fry, explored by boat and on foot. Great weather, no mosquitos till last night of stay. Lots of family bonding.'

'As my wife put it, this place was a perfect mix of things she likes (especially a dark bedroom) and I like (especially the skylight bedroom). Beyond the bedrooms we both enjoyed the spacious common areas, the rooftop patio, the hot tub, everything was perfect. Also appreciated an early check-in when some of our activities that day were cut short by the air quality! Hope to stay again when we're back in the area. '

'This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Nice lake, no skiers, great deck, good beds, good pier, all the kitchen hardware you could need and just a cute, cozy atmosphere about the whole thing. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the owner requires you take your garbage with you. I REALLY don’t like added requirements put on me after I get there. Put it in the listing. '

'This is a spacious well equipped clean and comfortable home for a family vacation. We travelled with kids and grandkids and we particularly liked the large king bedroom suite on the lower level - very peaceful spot for grandparents! The open area behind the house was great for the kids to play in. Its not on the water but the walk down throught the woods to the waters edge is pleasant.The small beach was great for swimming - sandy and a nice depth - and the designated pier for our boat worked...

'I'll experience at this property was amazing. Home was extremely clean and very soon nicely decorated. There were a lot of extras such as games and kitchen staples. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced in backyard and allowance of pets was a top priority of ours and very hard to find in other rental properties. We would definitely return.'
