Located in a Quiet and Quaint, Family Neighborhood where the Ice Cream Man still makes his rounds, this classic, beautifully renovated 1940s cottage sits 6 houses away from a private park with small beach.

10 minutes to Cedar Point, Kalahari, Sports Force and Ferries to the Islands. And 2 miles to Huron Lighthouse Pier with on river restaurants, roof top wine bar, boutique shops and boat basin events. Close to 2 Nature Preserves & Nickel Plate Beach.

Near many thrift , charity and boutique shops.

For optimal comfort this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is best suited for up to 6 or a maximum of 4 adults. Can sleep 7.

Crystal Cove bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two side tables, bench and closet.

California Dreaming bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a large fold down/pop up sofa bed. The closet has a bench and ample storage.

Must 8 years or older to use top bunk.

Second bedroom has door to exterior with 3 locks.

Thick high quality Serta BeautyRest memory foam mattresses on all 3 beds.

Living room has pop up sofa bed.

Central Air in all rooms.

The new fully equipped, galley style kitchen has white marble countertops and a breakfast bar with four bar stools.

Electric ice cream maker, toaster, small crockpot, air fryer, blender, coffee kettle and single cup Keurig. Stem ware. Kids dishes.

New! Refrigerator With Ice Maker.

The large private covered porch with ceiling fans has table seating for six and soft patio loveseat and chairs.

New white privacy fence and lots of grassy areas for yard games.

We provide Linens, towels, wash clothes, dish clothes, beach towels, Starter pack of toilet paper paper towels and paper plates.

Digital Tv, DVD player, a selection of DVD movies, board games & coloring books provided.

Super Cute Cottage!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force park and Soul’s Anchor Cottage was perfect for our family of 5! The house is exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean and James & Rebecca provided everything we could think of & more! Best VRBO Ever!!!

We have stayed in a few house rentals and this surpasses all of them!!! James and Rebecca have thought of everything you would need to have a relaxing family trip. The house is not only well equipped with everything you would think of needing, it is also so very cute!!! There are board games, rock painting, outdoor sitting area, grill, beach chairs, a block walk to a small quiet beach, bicycles, quiet neighborhood, all the kitchen items one could need, and so much more. The bunk room is very roomy, the entire house is clean and makes you feel right at home. The house is located in a great location and a short drive to many of the area attractions. I really can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip and a large part of that was because of the care that James and Rebecca put into the house and the thoughtfulness they have for their guest. The only negative is that the house was so well equipped for families that I wished my husband and I could have stayed here when our kids were younger, I can only imagine the memories we could have made. That being said, it was great for just the two of us as well.

This was a short getaway for our family and the cottage was perfect for us. Our kids enjoyed the private beach & playground and then we had full day at Cedar Point and a full day at Nickel Plate Beach.

Nice place for a small family. VERY clean!

Our stay was great! Not many places meet my expectations for cleanliness, but this home did. Our children loved the sidewalk chalk and rock painting. Very pretty view from the private beach.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for a week for my daughter’s dance competition and so glad we chose this cottage! Very homey, very clean, had everything we needed! Had toys, books, movies, and crafts for the kids to do as well as all the kid dishes you could need. Absolutely wonderful! And communication with the owners and check in/out was super easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!!

Vacay 2024 6-12-24 to 6-15-24

This is the first time as an adult with my daughters that we were able to go on vacation. It was their first time at cedar point & riding roller coasters. EVERYTHING was PERFECT. Cleanliness, location & atmosphere exceeded all of our expectations! My 12yr old & I loved painting rocks. My oldest is 18 & very much to my surprise she was not upset at all about no Wi-Fi. In the evenings we walked to the pier to watch the beautiful sunset. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So thankful to have had this opportunity to make these beautiful memories!

Baseball tournament weekend stay

We found the home to be extremely clean and absolutely charming! Every inch was well thought out & beautifully decorated! Although on the small side, it was sooo nice to come back to after a long day at the ball park. The only concern was a lack of wifi/cable. The owner does have a large supply of dvd’s to watch however. We will be back!
