'As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells great! Rooms were super clean, and updated. Great bathroom and shower. Receptionist was great, my room did not lock and my room was immediately changed and she gave me and my daughters free snacks for the inconvenience which really wasn’t a big one. Breakfast was simple but good. I love when I can save money in breakfast. Will definitely come back if needed. '

'Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. 'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'Staff was excellent, polite, attentive, and welcoming. New renovations look amazing. Plenty of lobby seating with a great bar and a better selection of bourbon. Only downside was that some areas were actively being renovated so the noise, even on a Saturday, was unwelcomed.'
