New townhome located 30 minutes from Zion!

This brand new townhome can’t wait to host you on your trip to southern Utah! This place will be perfect for your temporary relocation. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It accommodates up to ten people:

- Primary Suite: King bed with its own bathroom, located downstairs
- Guest room: queen bed, shares a bathroom with the bunk room, located upstairs
- Bunk room: bunk bed full/twin combo + extra twin bed, shares a bathroom with the guest room, located upstairs
- Pullout couch: full mattress, located downstairs

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a grill on the back patio. There’s a pack n’ play, a high chair, and a miniature ball pit for kiddos. We also provide card/board games for the whole group to enjoy.

There’s a two-car garage with additional parking in the private driveway and around the neighborhood. You could park cars, boats, trailers, ATVs, etc.

There’s a pickle ball court, a half basketball court, and a grass field with a rotunda and picnic table located just down the street from the townhome. We provide sports gear, including pickle ball paddles and balls, for guests to maximize those amenities.

Guests let themselves into this home with a keypad and code generated specifically for their stay. There is a manager on call 24/7 for any needs during your trip.
