Perfect place to stay

Perfect!
This Cottage Near Zion was the perfect place for us to base out of to explore Zion and Bryce. It was so quiet, a relief after a day around the crowds of people in the park! The information in the Cottage information manual were very concise and helpful. The accomodations were perfect, comfortable, clean, and a great home away from home!

Quaint home away from home
Great quiet spot with easy access to many great areas. Really enjoyed coming "home" to this quiet location - love the history of this little home. Addition of wine glasses would be a great addition to the many amenities provided.

Perfect in every way
I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our 3 night stay at this fully stocked cottage/house/cabin. There was a cooler bag for use, which we loved for taking lunches into the park. Loved the binder of trails/restaurants etc suggestions. Our stay here was the highlight of our vacation this year, honestly. Thank you again!

Close to Zion
Very cute space to stay in, more than enough space for my partner and I. It was only about 35 minutes to Zion, had some great local food choices, and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that it has a faint cigarette smell when we first came. Could have been from a past guest, but I am pretty sensitive to smells so I noticed it a bit more than my partner. Overall great stay!

Comfy queen size bed, well stocked kitchen to cook basic meals, living room was super comfortable. Netflix already on the TV which is cool because you get different show recommendations. Within 30 minutes to Zion. 2 hours to Bryce. Around the corner to tons of state parks. Located at the end of a very quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Gated property. Secure parking. Stop in before heading to the store to pick up groceries. Guest have left lots of condiments and shampoos that you can use. We ended up adding to the collection. Definitely recommend

Park Ranger Cottage
Super super cute cottage that used to be for Park Rangers. Very easy to find with accessible parking. Spotless when we arrived, with contactless check-in and check-out. Helpful to have washer and drier to clean clothes after long days of hiking. Jed provides lots of recommendations. 10/10. Would 100% stay again!

Stayed at the "cabin" for about 4 weeks while hiking in the area. Very convenient to Zion as well as all the trails in this area. Owner very gracious and quick to respond to any questions; provided good tips for things to do.

Great Getaway
This was the perfect spot for getting away from CA. The cabin is perfect for 2 and perfect distance to the parks. We spent most of our time going to the parks and back at night to rest. Everything was clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Im already planing my next stay here when snow melts a little in the area. Thanks for a great place.

Perfect Spot for Zion Fun
Me and two of my friends stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Zion National Park. It was the perfect location! It was super easy to find and a quick little trip down the highway to Zion. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. It is such a cute and clean property. Jed was an amazing host and so quick to respond to any questions we had. The check-in and check out process was so easy. The host also has an extremely thorough book of all kinds of places to visit, hike, bike, eat, and helpful tips in case of any type of emergency. I would love to stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

What a great place!
The cabin had everything we needed for a week long stay. Very clean and cozy. We were visiting our son and his wife in November so the gas fireplace was great even though the wall heaters worked great. We had everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving dinner for four and plenty of room outside. Loved the wrap around porch with table and chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Historic and close to Parks
Well equipped cabin within driving distance of Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyon North Rim among others. Small, but more than adequate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Living room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and comfy, we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place is smallish, but big enough. Everything was cute and cleverly arranged to best utilize the space. And the outside/ yard was very quaint and relaxing. The location was nice: nice neighborhood and pretty close to Zion NP. Great place. Would definitely stay again!! (The a/c unit was dripping. So we didn't use it much, but the house was pretty comfortable anyway. And I think the property manager is having it looked at.)

Cozy cabin
Great little cabin! Very clean, orderly, had everything we needed for a week of hiking. It’s very nice to be able to cook and do laundry while you are away from home. The neighbors did had a couple dogs that barked a lot at night, but obviously the rental owner has no control over that. I would stay again if I return to the area. I really enjoyed Utah a lot so that is likely!

Clean, comfy and well equipped
The cottage is a great place to relax after a day of hiking at Zion. It's convenient to both Zion and Kolob Canyons. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the furniture and bed are quite comfortable. The only negative is has to do with one's first impression. When viewed from the street it looks run down and somewhat overgrown. This impression is quickly reversed once you enter the house.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Had everything we needed, and more! We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and how close it was to everything we needed in town. Great cottage
We had a great time exploring the area with our 10 year old grandson. Jed was super nice and so helpful. He hopped right over to help us with the TV. He have us great ideas of where to eat and hike. It was really hot while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside deck.

Safe and dry!
The cabin had more than we bargained for — hair dryer, basic hygiene necessities, washer/dryer, dishwasher, every pot and pan you’d need, etc. The wall AC units were extremely effective, and the place was cool and cozy upon check in — something every traveler appreciates! We happened to survive a flash flood at Zion (the first of its kind in over 4 years, they say), and getting back to a dry and safe destination in Hurricane never felt better. I appreciated the history of the place, and while my daughter found it somewhat interesting, I know she will grow to appreciate it more as she gets older. Grateful to have shared memories here!
