Parking for our truck and trailer, check in staff was very friendly, lots of seating options inside and outside of the hotel, clean and well maintained.

Windows don't open and the room reeked of artificial fragrance - enough to give my wife a headache. Refrigerator was warm and it took quite awhile to get it to a barely cool temp. Beds were lumpy but bedding appeared clean. The parking was good. Would not stay again.

Great property, nice location. Breakfast was not good. Eggs and potato’s had a really funky smell. Night staff really didn’t know what he was doing. Could be a new employee, but was really lost. Didn’t inspire a lot of confidence.

It is a great property… rooms are good size and the hallways are wide, full of light. Like a higher end resort. Plenty of safe parking with good restaurants around.

The staff were very rude to our group of families. They made us feel unwelcome and like they were watching our every move. Hotel was newer but the hallways weren’t vacuumed regularly. I saw the same goldfish on the floor for three days.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. While the room was generally nice, a persistent buzzing sound disrupted our sleep intermittently. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable.

We stayed at this property Feb 6, 2024. My kids and my husband all got Chlorine burn from the hot tub. I luckily had to do laundry (in the one working machine.) We had to go to Walmart that night to get some lotions because their skin was burning. I stopped at the front desk and let them know. The next morning all of the brand-new suits were bleached out, I stopped and showed them at front desk. She assured me she would at least credit the room. Called the next week and they said health department tested. I called health department and they confirmed they DO NOT test Chlorine levels only bacteria. Called hotel back and they said I had no proof. I asked to speak to owner and Manager said she isn't authorized to give name, number or a message, then told me "DO what you gotta do." before she hung up. DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY. Breakfast was also horrible but hey it was free so there's that. I do not usually waste my time with reviews however for your safety STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

This hotel is very clean and very comfortable to stay in. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast offered had lots of choices and was delicious! The hot tub was nice to relax in. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lack of customer service
the HDMI cable was missing from the TV. Notified the desk right away, it took two days to get one. The same desk lady that said she needed to speak to the manager stole one from another room. Took 5 mins to get, after all that, the TV did not work. Just gave up. We had a three day stay and the access cards were being deleted at the end of each day. Had to make several trips to the desk to have them reactivated. Not a big deal, but, they could do much better on the Customer service.

Clean, comfortable, great for families!
Such a clean, comfortable hotel! We booked two rooms for our family and everything was perfect. Excellent location, nice breakfast selection, comfortable beds and plenty of towels and toiletries. Electric car chargers were a nice surprise! We didn't get a chance to try the indoor pool but we'll definitely be back as it looked nice.

This was an affordable location for us and a great place to lay our heads down for the night. It’s about 30-45 mins from Zion itself. The main thing is that it was clean and I felt safe (as a female traveling alone with my son). The breakfast was “meh”. We were appreciative for free food though to energize us for the hikes we were about to go on!

Our experiance for the three nights we stayed there were generally good, except all three nights we had people above us who were extremely noisy.. It sounded like kids jumping off the bed onto the floor, a lot of bumping and thumping noises, and people with heavy foot steps continually waking back and forth. (how much walking do people generally do in a motel???)
