Single family home sectioned in a clever way that created two individual private spaces. Guest uses front door to come and go, Host uses a different entrance. Main floor there's a bedroom with dorm fridge, microwave and full bathroom on the right. This area resembles a hotel setup. Laundry is also located on the main floor and 50 cents gets you a laundry pod in case you forgot to bring your own. (Complimentary dryer sheet)Walk up the staircase to the second floor you have 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and the combined living area kitchenette. The kitchenette is setup to be very functional. Under counter fridge/freezer slides out for more workspace. Induction cooktop/cookware plus a microwave made for easy breakfast in the mornings or reheating leftovers. My suggestion to the Host was to consider a toaster oven option (space allowing) for ability to cook a grocery store pizza. Bedrooms had a variety of queen mattress options. The 3 adults in our party picked our rooms based on the mattress that fit us best. There's also a variety of pillow options. These two things make sleeping the most customizable and it didn't feel like we were forced into poor sleep quality. My suggestion to the Host was to consider at least 1 king mattress for the big and tall guests. Favorites: Value through amenities (kitchenette), proximity to National Park, State Parks and outdoor activities/sights. To get away on a budget - choose this Host.
