'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

'We stayed for just a short night after a long day at the airport and a cancelled flight. We arrived quite late and the lady at the check in counter was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They have a nice variety of snacks and toiletries at the front desk which was nice since our bags were missing. The breakfast the next morning was was good '
