The locks were not working well the rooms smell musty and the bathroom was not so clean, towels were less I was not please at all. Breakfast was what you paid for. My husband is a gold member and it did not make a difference. Very disappointed

Im März 2023 war ich in diesem Hotel, alles super, jetzt 1 Jahr später die reinste Katastrophe! In unserem ersten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert, die Tür ging nur manchmal auf und Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Die Betten super unbequem. Nach der ersten Nacht sind wir zur Rezeption, und um ein neues Zimmer gebeten. Alle waren bemüht und nach drei Stunden hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Leider waren wir uns von Beginn an nicht sicher, ob es zwischen dem vorherigen Gast und uns richtig gereignigt wurde. Im Bad stand noch ein Becher mit Zahnbürste und alles nass. Ob die Betten frisch bezogen wurden, keine Ahnung. Natürlich wurde uns eine Reinigung vorher zugesagt, auf Nachfrage kam nur natürlich sauber und Schulter Zucken. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch erst, nach Neustart des Recievers. Der Pool ist, schon seit Monaten geschlossen, schade! Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Uns wurde ein Refund über 50 Dollar versprochen, mal schauen, ob das ankommt! Beim nächsten Mal würde ich nebenan ins Hampton Inn gehen!

I came to Hutto for a sleep study so I really can't comment on the night, but I was able to relax from my drive and had a place to shower the gel out of my hair and have a light breakfast before driving home

Swimming pool was not open! Elevator was broken and were told we should have received an email and never did. However we were given a room on 1st floor which was good. Thanks!! I rated an 8 all because no pool! I will definitely stay again though. It was convenient for where I needed to be. By the way the toilet seat was also broken in our bathroom.

Everything was fine except our TV had to stay on one channel the whole time. The one remote was missing and the blue tooth wouldn’t connect. So that was pretty annoying and they were fully booked so they couldn’t move us.

Not staying here again
No hot water on Saturday morning. Also the threw out my some of my personal belongings. Had to go dumpster diving to get back. House keeping very inconsistent
