Dear Guest, thank you for your stay at Art Deco Pape. We are sorry that you had a bad experience while staying at our hotel. Regarding the commentaries: after your stay we haven't noticed anything that might indicate that the door or electricity might be affected or destroyed, so we kindly ask you to contact us and describe and say by phone or Expedia messaging what you have noticed. The beds are new, many guests sleep on the decorations that are not for sleeping. The decorative pillows are hard and cushy and they are not for sleeping. Also the light decorative blankets are not for sleeping. The beds are clean without any question but the usage of the extras is questionable when some guests refer to this in some commentaries. Anyway, thank you for letting us know now about the problem and please let us stay in touch and let us know what you found in the room espacialy about the electrial wire. Thank you. Dear Guests, we are sorry if you find your stay being unsatisfactory but as hotel management, I have to note that we do have a pillow menu in every suite and room, especially now when we become a 4-star hotel. Also, there is a rule in the object about smoking. You can easily see that on check-out page on Expedia or Hotels.com when you reserve. We are a smoke and smoke-free object. Always in front, on the guest's reservation, it states does the guest prefer a smoke or smoke-free room. We are of course a bayside hotel. Best regards, Andreas Softic

Dear Guests, we remember you from your stories as you are a reporter from France. You were very close with the whole team,and I must say I wonder why do you complain about the TV and WiFi problem. I myself solved you the WiFi problem the same day and we have instructed you ie. told you that all the programs in the room which are not in english are being translated automaticaly in english, and that are only premium chanels, soo I guess you didnt know how to use the french-english premium translator. Yes Sir, it is a little hard to find the building in the dark, after a few drinks it gets even harder. I wish you all the best. Andreas Softic

Dear Mr. Alan, we are sincerely sorry that you have gained that impression of our hotel. We can only briefly comment on the parts of the comment: smell in the bathroom and low pressure in the tap are ,as many times as we have explained to our guests ,a common case throughout the city during the summer. Great water demand and poor sewerage system is the city's problem. As for toilet paper, we put it in each suite or room for 3 rows and we regularly change them, and if some guests spend it faster, it is normal to ask for it. We empty the garbage dumps regularly, and if some guests need more garbage dumps and bags we tell them to ask us. Thank you for your comment. Have a lovely year. Andreas Softic
