'We had an unusual experience in March 2026. When we arrived, the building housed hotel rooms from several hotels and we had trouble getting help from our hotel staff because our "no-contact" check-in information never arrived and there was no reception desk. メッセージを確認してなくて、チェックインに手こずりました。メッセージのやり取りでうまくいけました。
シャワーの温度設定機能に気づいたのが遅かった。ゴミ出しと 同様、もう少し大きく目立つよう掲載された方が親切かもしれません。
シャワーカーテンがあると、トイレが濡れなくて良いと思います。
立地条件もよく、快適に過ごすことができました。'

'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late.
The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'

'Great apartment for family. Once you are checked in online you can go straight to the floor (eg a4504 is tower a , 45th floor and access code is in the check in message you receive on the day of check in). Once you know the way the access works really well .'
