I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex. The place is undergoing renovations, so by summer it will be even better than better.

The Manager was pleasant and accommodating, however, I never saw him in person. There is nobody at front desk ever. You just let yourself into the building and lock door behind you and go to your room. This felt uncomfortable and scary as I was traveling alone. The place is very quaint and has potential. Needs a good dusting. I even washed silk flowers in my bedroom as they were very dusty. The yard is nice, but also needs to be cleaned up. Cute gazebo that could use a paint job. Junk in back yard. I think this owner needs to hire somebody for front desk and to maintain the property. The front entrance is cluttered and needs a good cleaning. Not a very welcoming entrance.

The manager was away I do have live in management as well which does not need to meet the guest unless there is a issue. I have security cameras live monitoring.Currently renovations of rooms going on is why items outside.Thank you for your booking.Come again .

No frills. Just a room. Room was clean and reasonably quiet. Property is older and in need of updates. Shower was very small. Owner was quite responsive by text. Self service check-in.

Obviously, this is a vintage place - overflowing with Victorian charm! I desperately needed a peaceful place to rest for a while and this was it! Staff were very kind and my accommodations were comfortable, if a bit old-fashioned. When I need to get away again, I plan to return to Sea Breeze Inn!

My wife & I took a 10 day New England trip last week. We stayed at several different hotels. This was the worst by far. We had to buy air fresheners because the room smelled & looked like it had mold. We got off our plane to a text message from the owner saying that we would lose our reservation that day unless we called to give them our new credit card number. All other places said they did not need the card number until arrival to check-in & some even said they didnt need the card until checkout time. We also had to ask for towels and wash cloths. We had to call the owner multiple times to get the wifi password. Place was old and could use a remodel. Other than that it had electrity, a refrigerator and running water so that keeps it from 1 star

Sorry but the hotel runs the card and the one give was declined is why I asked for another card.The room did have towels and wash clothes yes if you want extra ones you have to ask.Wifi was texted to you. This is a beach hotel and can be humid this time of year and yes there are different rooms some newer than others. You never asked to move to another room if you didn't like it need to ask Please thank you

We loved this place. It was very quaint old Cape Cod. If you are looking for a modern chain hotel this is not the place. I loved the wide plank floors, the big brass bed, the antique chairs. The grounds were lovely and private and it’s only a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach.

There is limited people including myself on site.We don't serve Breakfast and states that on the site Plenty of parking you may have not seen it.Trash was from room work.

The room was clean and nice based on what we paid for it. If you are expecting High end luxury accommodation then you need to pay high end luxury money for alternative accommodation. Great location to the beach, We didn't have a car so used Uber and walked a lot, if you are not driving pick up some groceries before you arrive as no local shops. No on site staff but getting access to the room was easy and we had no problems. Peter the owner always responded quickly to text messages. PROS:- Good value, Great location to the beach, Sun Deck on the Roof, Clean, Air Con (bit noisy but much needed and very nice to have), Surprisingly Good Cofee CONS:- Difficult to pick too much fault as it was priced well for the accommodation. Personally I would probably spend a day clearing up the garden area as this could be lovely and just needs a good tidy up. The sun deck could do with a nice composite deck and nice furniture to match the beautiful view, lastly the rooms are okay but a few thousand dollar update would make them amazing but then the nightly rate would probably be double which to be honest I would be happy to pay.

L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la plage et même se rendre sur la rue principale à pied. Le quartier est tranquille et paisible. Par contre, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil et aucun personnel sur place. C’est inscrit comme un bed and breakfast mais il n’y a aucun déjeuner. Le terrain est jonché d’objets bons pour les ordures. Les tables et chaises sont sales et ne donnent aucunement l’envie de s’installer à l’extérieur. Dommage.

Parking can be an issue you must be good at backing up to park straight. Also careful to get out of driveway. There is not any food served. There is not any daily maid in room service. Which is my preference. The room could use a little updating but was quaint and quiet. Not that we are big TV fans but you need to know how to use Roku. Great location to walk to the beach. Lots of good eating places in the area and shopping on Main street and the shopping mall all within 5 miles. Lots of activities and places to see on the cape. For our needs we would consider staying there again. The prices are reasonable for what you get.

When I showed up the key code didn’t work. Then when I walked into the room there were ants on the bureau. There were finger prints on all the mirrors. Mold on the walls and the door didn’t even close all the way. I didn’t even want to sleep there. Disgusting.

Pay extra for a better accommodation!
This accommodation is for someone who wants to sleep & shower. Rusty furniture out back made this inn too trashy. Loud AC, which was weak. No shampoo in bathroom & old towels! Iron, but no ironing board. No hair dryer. Lobby dusty. My shower would NOT turn off! Huge disappointment!

This person was drinking in the morning I found over 6 beer bottles in the room he left the shower going and left called me said he could not shut it off . He was turning it the wrong way. !Not my fault. Check my other reviews

It was very inexpensive considering prices on Cape Cod in season. It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was that what we interpreted from the pics as old/charming was actually old/tired. Also, parking was a bit tricky. But again, it was half the price of other guest houses, so I'm leaving a review but not complaining.

When we got there there was water on the floor of the bathroom, whioch looked like it was coming from a leak but we couldn't tell, and the manager was not on the premisis so it was a little tough to deal with. He was responsive over text and a phone call but the reality was we had to deal with it ourselves. We appreciated his offer to give us our money back and cancel but we had nowhere else to go.

Not worth the money you pay. The shower is old and a big person can hardly fit. No shampoo, etc. The hand soap bottle is mixed with water. Reserved for two nights, but left after staying one night.

The manager left a lock box with the key. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, we were looking forward to kicking off our shoes, but the room was so cold that we had to keep our coats on for the better part of an hour while the noisy little air conditioner warmed up the place. The room was old with badly mismatched decor. At $140, this room was grossly overpriced - $80 would have been about right,

I read a lot of negative reviews about this property that almost made me change my mind about booking. I believe those ratings are old and everything has been nicely renovated. The room was actually clean, and comfortable. Being in an old building gave the room character which was much more interesting than your ordinary boxy hotel room. I appreciated the TV with all the special streaming stations.

Had a great experience at Sea Breeze Inn. Very convenient location to the beach - a 3 minute walk to Keyes Beach. It is a quaint inn so don’t expect it to be modern as it was built 100 years ago. Would definitely stay there again. Peter, the owner was very accommodating. Thanks!
