'Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. '
'It was a great stay at the hotel. We booked superior but got a room with a balcony with the view on the Ponte vecchio. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The drinks are expensive on the rooftop bar but it is worth it now and then. The pool is nice to cool down a bit from the heat in the summer.
Next to that the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower is also great. You can ask for room service...
