'The property is very modern wigh high end appliances and finishes. I needed a full size fridge with a freezer. It met my family's needs. The only thing I'd say is have better instructions for checking in. I initially parked on the first floor and didn't see elevators but found the escalator. Having instructions for both would be helpful. Describing the pathway from the garage to the first floor to.the elevators would also make the instructions clearer. The key pad lights up but not in the way...

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...

It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. '

'A great place at a great price. Parked across the street for 11.00 ( for 24 hours). The room was clean, very comfortable and perfect for a single person one night stay. I probably wouldn't stay with another person because it is small and the bathroom is not very private but I loved it for just me. Will stay again.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Confusing because it’s right next to two other properties but other than that the experience was spectacular. I requested two beds and got them. Rooms were clean when I got in. It’s quiet even though the property is downtown. I never got the chance to walk outside at night but during day time walking to the DART felt pretty safe. Breakfast was great. They do have limited number of laundry machines but...
