Prima plek voor een zeer redelijke prijs!
Hotel was heel moeilijk te vinden, want bleek niet in maar 8 kilometer van Sant Josep te zijn. Kamer was prima. Ontbijt en diner waren inbegrepen in de prijs.... Plaats waar gegeten kon worden lag in Amarantis II en bleek een soort 'vreetschuur' te zijn met heeeeel veel etende mensen! Parkeren bleek lastig in de buurt te zijn, want beperkte plaatsen.

Leuk hotel vlak bij het strand en watertaxi naar het centrum van Sant Antoni. Goede verzorging en schoon. Kamer word elke dag schoongemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eten gevarieerd en voor ieder wat wils.

Het is geen slecht hotel. Het eten was redelijk goed. De kamers zijn sober, maar schoon. De kamers zijn wel gehorig. Je hebt geen last van geluid buiten (balkondeur kan dichtblijven vanwege de airco), maar meer van de gang. De ligging is best mooi. Zo direct aan zee. De omgeving vind ik vreselijk. Veel te druk. Als je van veel drukte, kroegen e.d. houdt, zit je hier prima. Anders moet je hier niet zijn. Voor een weekje was het goed te doen. Volgende keer kies ik voor een rustiger omgeving

absolutely spectacular! the food is exceptional. don’t listen to these negative reviews! Lots of british so be careful; the open bar is awesome, always tip! Such a great place; had a blast! spent most of time away from busy pool, and laid out on my deck. what’s there not too like, go super early to the buffets, as you can imagine the ‘cruise’ type folks that are vultures when their bellies are calling. Again British all over—- don’t be like the british, make sure you tip your bartenders

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. I didn’t get value for my money, I feel like I was robbed. No refrigerator, no intercom, no coffee machine. The air condition was not working I had to work all the way to the reception to complain because they was no phone to call. Had issues with my room key and I had to go back again to get it fixed. I was worried because if I get into any trouble I can’t reach anyone to help. Was mess of a hotel.

Cogimos media pensión y nos arrepentimos desde el primer día, ya que la cena era d 19:30 a 21:30 y a las 21:30 ya empezaban a recoger toda la comida del buffet...además d q la comida área nefasta,...d muy baja calidad y todo malísimo, lo único que valía era el pan y la cerveza.....hemos comido fatal durante los 5 días....la habitación estaba bien pero nada del otro mundo....

Buen hotel
La experiencia ha sido muy buena, pese a ser dos hoteles muy grandes no había aglomeraciones a la hora de las comidas. La única pega que pondría es la tardanza en la limpieza de las habitaciones, ha habido días que hasta las 14 no han ido a limpiarla.

L’hotel ha delle buone possibilità, basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più per renderlo più gradevole. Ad esempio, riporre qualche mensola in bagno (ve ne era soltanto una, piccola) e in doccia. Abbiamo goduto dell’all inclusive, la cucina non era per niente male. Giudizio comunque positivo.

The manager of the hotel is a very nice person and the bartenders as well. However, the reception staff are very unprofessional. At least with me they weren't that nice. I ask to make a reservation for a taxi, because i need it to go to the airport and the guy told me "you have to go outside and wait for one". Really? I went outside and stay there waiting for a taxi for about 30m. The food are really good thoe, but they need to work more on customer service.

The stay was good. Clean rooms and friendly staff, decent food. Only bad thing is we only had working hot water for one night. Also on one night we had no water at all.

The hotel is 2 buildings the first one is right on the bay overlooking the sea , the water taxi stops right outside to take you to SAN Antonio, perfect! For 3 star the food was good and the drinks were very good too. Our only complaint was the staff were not very friendly and that’s everyone we came across from the bar staff to reception, just rude .

Myself and daughter had a lovely weeks holiday here.We stayed in the Mar 1 which I understand from other guests was of higher standard than the 2.We arrived early hours and were put in a room on 1st floor which was by stairs & lift.I approached reception to see if could change as a little noisy.It wasn't a problem & moved us to quieter room which overlooked bay.Food was absolutely fine for a 3 star hotel,quite varied.All the entertainers worked hard throughout the day & found all staff very friendly. The only thing I can say on a negative point is evening entertainment or lack of it. Overall I would recommend this hotel

buffet de qualité, bcp de produits frais. plage très proche mais pas très jolie mais de très belles autres à proximité. peu de choses à voir mais proximité Eivissa (Ibiza) 25 min voiture. hôtel assez calme sauf spectacle en soirée. personnel souriant et agréable piscines de l'hôtel un peu petites. bon sejour dans l'ensemble et surtout en formule tout inclus

Las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy agradable. El buffet normal, bien elaborado.

Great Hotel with extraordinary service & food.
Amazing stay.. had no problems what-so ever. My 5 year old totally loved it. It would have been nicer to have tea coffee facility in my room.

Una settimana all-inclusive ad inizio settembre 2016. Hotel "da battaglia", ottimo per giovani in cerca di divertimento. Almeno per quanto riguarda il complesso II, l'edificio I sembrava più tranquillo.

Fantastic holiday . Room let it down.
Stay was fantastic. Hotel let me down by ignoring my email and request to be situated in Amantis 1. Especially as I was a returning guest yet again. When I asked at the check in desk I was bluntly told that the block was fully booked and that I was to stay over the road where all the club 18-30's stay. The young guests either side of me were very load all NIGHT. Even when I informed them I had booked the room months ago and even emailed them my request. The tv was tiny. The view was straight over the noisy entertainment stage. The beds were tiny. The pillow was small and no extra pillows in the room. However this did not spoil my great holiday there.

Nice hotel next to the sea with resturante overloo
Got airport and they lost my luggage. No staff in airport. Airport was abandoned.. Bank open next week so had to hitch hike due to having english pounds only. Got hotel late due to a 10km walk and could'nt find it because no people anywhere to ask. and got put in a back room. Until 2pm next day. Lovely buffet with many foods available.in resturante overlooking the sea and bay.. Only 1 staff speaks english. Every single shop pub, club and cafe closed until may/june. A total Ghost town. All boarded up. No excursions. No sports. No anything.! Very upset, bored and lonely.. no one speaks any english. Had no clothes due to my suitcase being lost in london.. Was my birthday aswell.. why did'nt you say any of this to me.? That it was of season and no where is open and there would be nothing to do.? Birthday holiday from hell.! Iv been an expedia member for years aswell..?

Great hotel, close to the beach
Lovely accommodating staff that were always friendly and willing to help. Clean room, restaurant, pool area etc. Good variety of food, wasn't a single meal where either of us went hungry, and with the great snack bar aswell we were very happy. Will definitely be using Azuline hotels in the future!

Hôtel bien placé au bord de la plage
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel, nous étions en famille avec un addo. Pour plus de repos, préférez le 1 par contre si vous voulez de l'animation prenez le 2 . Nous nous étions dans le 1 face à la mer et nous avons adorez... L'hôtel est propre, les repas excellents et variés nous n'avons jamais mangé la même chose et nous y étions 9 jours. A la réception Christian parle français, très gentil et toujours à votre écoute et de bon conseil, merci à Claire qui était en stage qui parle bien français et est adorable encore merci. Merci aussi à Coralie (animatrice) pour sa bonne humeur et pour ses animations. Cet hôtel est près de tout, il y a des bus, vous pouvez prendre le bateau pour aller en ville 2€50 et vous pouvez même y aller à pied car la balade est très agréable avec ses bars branchés et la mer de l'autre coté....Vacances à refaire sans hésitations....

Didn't Even Happen! Over booked us.
We booked this hotel for my partner's 30th birthday as a surprise. Upon arrival they were fully booked for me and my partner and did't even have record of the other two party's who arrived later. They moved me and my partner into a two start hotel 1 mile down the road from this hotel and upon the other's arrival it turned out they had found a room for them... Where was ours? From here we were separated. The night staff were rude and uncooperative and all they would say is "these things happen." The night duty guard was threatening/scary and physically grabbed me by the arm after the day staff had already told me that we could use the pool and restaurant/bar facilities as we had booked and paid for that hotel but it was their fault they had moved us. As a 24 year old woman I found this behaviour shocking and disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are unorganised , uncooperative and totally unprofessional. I certainly shall not be returning.
