Nice, quiet, romantic
Nice hotel with friendly people. Close to a romantic small beach. Not much to do here but a good base for further exploration of the island. Nice and friendly people at the hotel, only their English is not so good.

Rustig gelegen aan fijne cala. Kamer was basic. Douche uitstekend maar matrassen een dikke min. Beddengoed hele week niet verschoond, best minimaal. Kamer 106 zit boven de machinekamer van restaurant eronder wat tot laat herrie geeft, moet je tegen kunnen. Geen wifi. Wel mooi uitzicht, geen balkon. Mensen zijn vriendelijk, restaurant is gezellig, het eten eenvoudig.

Hostel kamers waren ok, maar kwalitatief niet goed. Tevens was de check-in een chaos. Sleutel langere tijd niet aanwezig en personeel die niet wisten wat ze moesten doen. Daarnaast kon men dit ook niet uitleggen aangezien hotelpersoneel alleen maar Spaans sprak.

Prima hotel voor weinig geld
Hotel was prima, personeel behulpzaam, ligging heerlijk rustig met een "eigen" strandje in een baai. Bedden en douche niet geweldig, maar oke en zeker gezien de prijs. Er is ook een zwembad op 5 min lopen, dat is een aanrader! Verder wel aan te bevelen om hier met de auto te komen, want er is weinig te doen op loopafstand. Kortom: prima plek voor wie rust wil en weinig wil betalen!

Pool is about 300m away from the Hostal. Photos are on my opinion deliberately miss leading. The whole place is much different in reality from who it is advertised. Positive: Beautiful beach nearby, friendly staff, fair prizes for breakfast offerings...

Excellent endroit !
L’accueil par Ita fut fantastique avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de convivialité ! L’hôtel est simple et familial où l’on s’y sent bien. La piscine est un petit coin de paradis.

Cadre reposant et privilégié, les chambres sont en rénovations, malheureusement nous avons eu l'une des 3 chambres non-refaites, c'était donc un peu vieux avec une salle de bain désuète et pas en bon état.

Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. Al lado de la playa de la cala Boix. Los viernes desde hace 30 años hacen sardinas a la brasa buenísimas. La única pega es que las habitaciones cuádruples son dos dobles unidas por una puerta y solo hay aire acondicionado en una.

Lo mejor la ubicacion , lo peor las puertas muy malas, se oían todos los ruidos del pasillo y el baño dejaba que desear. Los muebles y decoración anticuados.

Hotel très calme et bien isolé. La plage est à côté... la piscine elle à plus de 400m à pieds, donc pas dans l’hôtel. Par contre jolie piscine et très belle vue sur la crique. Au bas de l’hôtel il y a deux restaurants et un autre à 100m. Plein de places pour garer sa voiture.

Not worth the 250/night 3 we paid for 3.
Cala Boix is a wonderful small beach with only one hotel and 2 or 3 restaurants. Relatively quiet compared to other Ibiza beaches, I would recommend the surroundings. The hotel is very expensive for what we had. We were in the apartment which was not renovated unlike the other rooms. The extra bed was broken and we had to insist several times to get a bed in which someone could actually sleep. Cleaning was approximate. The pool is nice but 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Definitely not worth the 250 eur per night we paid .... half the price would have been more reasonable

Friendly hotel in a fantastic location.
We were really pleased that we choose Hostal Cala Boix for our April break. It's in a lovely, quiet part of the island and the nearby beach was small but pretty, with easy access to many other beaches in our hire car. Without a car it might have been difficult to get there as the transfer could be expensive but distances are small and the hotel offers free hire of good quality bikes which makes it easier to get around without a car. Our room was a good size with a balcony and a good shower, and the staff were helpful, quickly providing anything i asked for eg hot water for making our own drinks.(there's no kettle in the room). We didn't use the restaurant much as my daughter doesn't eat fish, but I did have sole and calamari and both were delicious.

El día de entrada al hostal , la recepción estaba desatendida... alguien del restaurante me dijo que tocaría esperar porque el recepcionista no estaba. Y así fue.. esperamos durante 1/2 hora hasta que un camarero, decidió darnos unas llaves , tras tanto desconcierto... Nadie nos explicó nada. Cuando volví a la recepción, según indicación de la camarera, aún no apareció el recepcionista.. En toda mi estancia, no lo conocí. Un tal Joan.. is mising La piscina no está en el mismo recinto, cuando ves las fotos da la impresión que está dentro y no es así. Está en una finca a unos 5 o 10 min andando . Debí de tener mala suerte, nada salía como lo esperado. La atención no la puedo valorar como positiva. El personal no es muy profesional, creo que intentan salir del paso como pueden, sin orden alguno. Al hacer el chek out , pretendían cobrarme de nuevo la estancia, cuando yo ya lo había pagado a vuestro portal. En fin !! Un desastre de experiencia!!

Relaxing, glad we had a car and werent half board!
We hired a car at last minute - really glad, the beach is lovely but too many jellyfish to swim so we needed to go to different beaches. Pool area is great but it is small (so if there are noisy kids around there's nowhere to escape!) hotel staff and service was poor, often rude (reluctant to acknowledge you) - although this might improve in high season when there is a buffet on and you don't rely on them to take any orders (we just got used to breakfast taking 30+ mins to arrive, not great food but it was fine for some bread, cheese and fruit!) the rooms are basic with thin(ish) walls but clean and decent size! Cleaned everyday. If you have a car to travel there are tonnes of other great beaches and restaurants to go to (even the nearest shop is quite a distance!) so overall this didn't spoil our experience & we were grateful for the nice room to come home to and quaint area! I would recommend with caution - don't expect a resort with amenities!

Lovely quiet location with beach close by.
Rooms fairly basic, but comfortable and clean. Staff lovely but don't be put off by everything happening at Ibiza speed. A great place to come back to after a busy day out and about.

L'hôtel est situé proche d'une très belle cala et annonce une piscine dans un écrin de verdure. En réalité c'est une grande pataugeoire qui n'est même pas dans l'hôtel mais à 5 mon à pied. Impossible d'y nager ! Quant au petit déjeuner pas de buffet vous demandez ce que voulez mais en 10 jours pas une seule fois nous avons eu ce que nous voulions sans devoir réclamer plusieurs fois. Un peu pareil pour le repas du soir il faut ramer pour avoir ce qu'on veut. Les chambres sont convenables à la hauteur du prix mais nous étions au dessus de la cuisine et du bar donc très bruyant.

Le recensioni secondo il mio modesto parere non servono a niente... Amo Ibiza e la conosco da anni. A me l'hostal è piaciuto, così come la zona che è stra super tranquillissima. Ma è gusto personale, Ibiza è un'isola che ha infinite sfaccettature, e zone completamente diverse tra loro.

Relax fuori dal caos della movida ibizenca
Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dei giovani proprietari, hotel spartano ma immerso nel verde e fuori dal caos cittadino. L'hotel offre anche una soluzione impagabile in un giardino curato con cavalli, piscina, lettini,gazebo e servizi, con un panorama mozzafiato sul mare davvero rilassante!

¡Un descubrimiento!
La experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. El personal muy amable durante toda al estancia. Nos dieron la posibilidad de utilizar las duchas de una de las habitaciones del hotel incluso después de haber realizado el check out. Las habitaciones son muy luminosas y espaciosas. Todo está limpio y se respira tranquilidad. Además, muy cerca tienes la posibilidad de bajar a una cala acogedora y tranquila. Recomiendo 100% este hotel no solo por sus servicios sino por la hospitalidad de los que trabajan en el.

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con lo que es hospedarse en un apartamento en las zonas más bulliciosas de Ibiza. El despertarte y poder disfrutar de esas vistas no tiene precio. La familia que lo regenta es increible, tanto el padre como el hijo, son muy amables y todas tus peticiones son resueltas de manera satisfactoria. El último día de mi instancia no fue un buen día por temas personales, y ellos me ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. Muchísimas gracias por ello, nunca lo olvidaré. Gracias.

El hostal esta muy bien, la comida muy buena en una zona muy tranquila de Ibiza lo mejor el jardín aunque se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del hostal vale la pena la tranquilidad que encuentras, tienen una cama balinesa con vistas al mar que es una pasada, vale la pena nosotros repetiremos

Best Views on the Island
I adore this hotel, and extended an extra night. Some notes for other people: - Accessible ONLY by car. No bus or taxis come this far out on the island. - There is no 'location' in Google Maps for the actual hotel, only for the Restaurant. The restaurant is a short ways away from the hotel, which is accessible by a private gate. It is best to drop a pin in Google Maps of the hotel location, then navigate back to that. - Very windy and hilly roads to get to hotel, be prepared. - About a 40 minutes drive from the center of Eivissa / Playa D'en Bossa - Some of the hotel staff speak Catalan, or very little English. Be prepared if you speak only English or Spanish. - Ask for WiFi password at the front desk. You may stay in a 'house' separate from the reception area, which needs a different WiFi password altogether from the reception area's password. - There's 3 restaurants in Cala Boix (maybe more), with bars. They stay open until about 11-12PM, depending on people there. - Pool, Bicycles are free to use for guests.

Hostal muy acogedor junto a cala
Fantástica estancia, excelente relación calidad/precio. Un trato muy familiar unido a buena calidad culinaria. Los menús ofrecidos con la pensión tienen pocos platos a elegir pero muy bien cocinados. Recomendados el bullit de peix, arroces y barbacoa tanto de carne como pescado. Ambiente recomendable para relajarse y necesario vehículo para acercarse a lugares con más animación.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen
Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal und die Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Halbpension Wahl zwischen lunch und Dinner möglich (3 Gänge). Der Pool liegt in einem wunderschönem Garten mit grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht. Zur Strandtreppe vom Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten. Englisch wird nur von den jungen Leuten gesprochen.Mückenmittel nicht vergessen.
