Buenas, primero de todo lamentamos mucho que su estancia no haya sido lo placentera que nos habria gustado a todos, somos un sitio bastante economico, por lo que no disponemos de aire acondicionado, pero en la descripcion de nuestro establecimiento en ningun momento dice que lo haya, nos sabe mal si en no esta detallado suficientemente claro, - el tema del ventilador, es tan facil como venir a comunicarnos a cualquier de las personas que trabajamos en el establecimento, que si tiene ese o cualquier otro problema estamos aqui para intentar solucionarlo, pero nos hace falta saberlo, si no nos dicen nada es muy dificil para nosotros poder solucionar cualquier inconveniente, saludos

Hi, im sorry that your stay was not as pleasent as spected, also apolojaice for the impresion you got from us. ill reply the the points as you mentioned them, - im one of the people working, and unfortunally at the present moment we are only on the 30% capacity of the hostal, there for and unfortunally we have to be less people as there is less work, but for us is better that than actually closed so no work for any of us. - the wifi only works in reception and the comun areas as its mentioned on our propety, so i cant see your point there. - i dont undertand what you say that the place was abandoned, as there is someone of the staff at the property - you only styaed one night, if you had come donwstairs and told me that there was a problem with the room we would have done something about it, but you never mention anyghink to us, so we cant do anythink about it - its extrange that you say you letf 5 minutes after and you booked somewhere else, as i was at reception till 2am and i never saw you leaving, and the guy told me that you left early in the morning as you only booked for one night, as i said, im realy sorry that we did not please your espectations, we are doing the most that we can in the current situation, we are hoping the give the most of us as soon as its posible and personally i dont undertand the coment where you say you checked out strait away as it was not the case. in all the cases, i hope you had a nice stay on the island
