Weekend getaway in the sun
The property was great and as described. The whole group loved it and the pool was lovely for cooling off in. Location wise the property is great for Talamanca and getting to Ibiza town, and we were easily able to travel around the island from there.

May be lost in translation?
Hopefully this will be a well balanced review, of a wonderful holiday, where we want to give honest pro's and con's. Its best to start with the accuracy of the description, where we've marked the Villa down for the following reasons, to make other families aware... In the property description is says, "Outside, annex to the house, we have a double room, equipped with bathroom and exercise room (gym) plus a spacious lounge." - this area simply does not exist, and should be removed to avoid other families assuming the space is there. It isn't there, confirmed by the owner! It states that Beach Towels are provided - so we didn't take any. But there were none. We had 1 full size bath towel and 1 face towel each. (and a useful washing machine to keep them fresh and clean) - but had to buy beach towels in the resort. In terms of other bits and pieces that we found didn't quite meet expectations; No tea towels - take your own The Jacuzzi was out of service Bookshelves and Games Cupboards were locked, but temptingly on display, which was a shame as we'd have like to use them. The pool was VERY rough under foot, natural tiles, but this lead to our youngest 2 having to wear plasters all week, as their toes were shredded! Take Pool Shoes and you'll be fine :) Both ovens worked, but not great. Eat out! The location is VERY quiet and safe, but you should get a hire car. Overall the property is lovely and well kept, and Ibiza is an absolute treat. But make sure you make note of the omissions and inaccuracies, and if you're ok with those, then you'll go prepared. :)

Lovely stay at nice villa with great host
We were very positively surprised when arriving at the villa. Larger in real than photos feel, with cute corners & cool decoration. Lovely and helpful host José, who surprised us with snacks & drinks in the fridge for our welcome :)

Perfect location for chilled holiday whilst near to Ibiza town
6 of us shared this fantastic villa ....including 4 in early 20s. Something for everyone and a great property with great outdoor spaces. Jose was not intrusive but there to help with anything we needed.

What a beautiful house and location!
The villa is fantastic with a great swimmingpool. A lot of space, beautiful decorated rooms, a nice kitchen outside. Top the bill was de filled refrigerator with drinks and fruit. Everything was perfect.

WOW - What a super Villa
This Villa is really lovely. Situated close to Talamanca and close to Ibiza Town. The Villa is much larger than it looks in the photo's. It is beautifully decorated with wonderful art. There are a huge number of cozy areas inside and out. The master bedroom is huge. The pool area is really relaxing with a zen bed at the end which gets sun throughout the day. Jose was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was lovely and I would even consider going back.

Amazing stay in wonderful villa
We were 8 women staying 12 nights and have had the best stay in the villa. Jose was super friendly and everything worked out perfectly smooth. The property is clean and there was everything you need. We would come back at any time.

Wonderful stay
José is a nice host, was quick in respons and he solved difficulties or any questions very smooth. The house is big in a quiet neighbourhood and close to Ibiza and lovely beaches. We recommend the house to everybody.

Ruhig dennoch zentral gelegen
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Es ist in einem älteren stile, welches man zum teil auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Das Haus war sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok, wir haben allerdings nicht selbst gekocht, nur kleine Snacks vorbereitet, dafür hat es ausgereicht. Am Pool hatte es wahnsinnig viele Wespen, was es am Nachmittag eher schwierig machte zu schwimmen. Jose war freundlich.

Prima finca met een zeer gastvrije eigenaar
Over t algemeen een huis van vele gemakken voorzien, maar ook een aantal zaken zoals armaturen, keukengerei en kooktoestellen die een update kunnen gebruiken. Verder voorzien van heerlijke bedden en een prima zwembad. Wel zijn er in de avond veel muggen. Dit mocht voor ons de grootste pret niet drukken. José (de eigenaar) was zeer gastvrij en heel behulpzaam.

Ich habe als Titel gleich mal den Vermieter erwähnt, weil er wirklich nette und freundlich und ein cooler Typ ist. Er hat uns ein paar Vorräte eingekauft, sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns zuletzt auch noch zu einem Ausflug auf sein Boot eingeladen. Das Haus könnte ein bisschen technische Modernisierung vertragen, hat aber einfach Charme so wie es ist und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great!
Perfect house and location for a long weekend with my 5 friends. Beautiful garden and house. Enough space for 6 persons and everything you need is there. José is very nice and helpfull! The location is perfect. 10 minute drive to ibiza town. The house is in a quit neighborhood. From the rooftop you can see the sea! We hope to come back some day!

Hemos estado como en casa, la casa es preciosa, las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que realmente es, ya que está mucho mejor. Ni que decir de Jose, encantador, muy atento y amable en todo momento. El último día tuvo un detallazo con nosotros dejándonos la casa hasta la hora del vuelo porque no tuvo huéspedes el siguiente día. En resumen, un lugar totalmente recomendable para pasar las vacaciones y relajarte en un paraje tranquilo y sin ruido.

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été accueilli par la bonne humeur et le sourire de Jose. Une corbeille de fruits et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendait au frigo. Tout est conforme par rapport aux photos. Un grand coup de coeur pour la piscine et la cuisine extérieure complètement équipée (cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, frigo et barbecue). Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques et merci encore à José pour sa gentillesse.

Charmant eingerichtete Finca
ein Kleinod in absoluter Ruhe 15min von Eivissa entfernt. Jose war immer da, wwnn irgenderwas nicht funktionierte. Eingekauft hatte Jose auch, weil wir erst spät Sonntag Abend ankamen . Bettmatratzen könnten mal eeneuert werden u Kochbesteck ist sehr rudimentär vorhanden. Sonst aber alles cozy u ausgestattet wie in einem echten Bauernhaus.

Jolie Villa typique à Jesus
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la villa en août 2019. Maison typique d'Ibiza avec 3 chambres (avec clim) et 2 SdB. La villa est très bien située à Jesus proche d'Ibiza dans un environnement calme et proche des commerces L'accueil de José est vraiment top, très accueillant et serviable, on a pu déposer nos valises avant le check-in et partir un peu plus tard le dernier jour en fonction de nos horaires d'avion. La maison est très jolie et très propre, les extérieurs sont très agréables avec la piscine et les lits/transat, il y a également une cuisine extérieure, idéal pour les soirées bbq. Idéal pour des vacances réussies entre amis.

Propriétaire très sympathique, au petit soins pour ses locataires, séjour totalement parfait !!
Très jolie maison typique et très pratique,localisation facile en accès rapide au centre ville . Bonne literie, espace extérieur bien adapté à la vie locale avec une piscine bien exposée à l’ensoleillement . Les équipements de la cuisine sont complets, le linge de maison est fournis, vraiment idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons très certainement à cet endroit qui nous a ravis. Femme de ménage efficace et entretien de la piscine impeccable. Encore merci à Josè le propriétaire pour son accueil très attentionné et chaleureux. Merci à Abritel pour cette sélection sérieuse.

SCHÖN ABER UNSICHER !
Es war Sauber. Alles war vorhanden was man so braucht ! Wenn wir nicht bestohlen worden wären in der letzten Nacht unseres 7 Tg. Aufenthaltes recht zufrieden. Ohne Spuren zu hinterlassen!! drang jemand ins Haus. Es fehlten von uns: Goldschmuck, Handys , Kleincomputer, GoPro,usw Beim Anruf zur Polizei so um Mitternacht meinten die, wir sollten morgen vorbeikommen wegen einem Rapport ! Wir hätten den Schliesshebel von einem Schiebefenster tätigen sollen, welches wir nie beachtet hatten, meinte Jose,

It is imperative to close all doors and windows when leaving the house. The house is fenced and secure. Unfortunately the guest mentioned this situation but there was no forced entry. I suggest to close all doors and windows and connect the alarm of the house. This is the first time in 20 years. I regret the unfortunate situation this guest claims. jose
