fabulous stay on a magical island
Dear Alberto, we did have a fantastic stay in your beautiful house. Nearby Eivissa en all the beautiful beaches. 4 large bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a very nice and clean pool. You have helped very well with the best tips of the island and locations. You always gave quickly reply via the app. I certainly do recommend this villa for a family trip or a weekend with friends. We certainly come back :) Best regards Pascal and friends ;)

Perfect villa
Great stay in this beautiful villa. A 10 minute drive from the beaches and Ibiza town. The pictures don’t do it’s size and style justice! Alberto was a great, responsive host. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Holiday
We were a group of 8 friends for the first time in Ibiza. There was more than enough space for all of us. The location of the house was close to Eivissa and the beaches. Alberto was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. We really recommend this house and will definitely return next time we visit the island.

Couldn't be better!
The villa was incredible, everything was perfect. I mean, it was everything like the pictures (maybe even better than we thought), all was perfectly clean. Alberto is an awesome owner, very kind, professional and eager to help for everything we needed. If I'll be back in Ibiza with the same number of people, I'll definitely choose this villa again. Beautiful!
Stunning property in a quiet location, beautifully appointed, fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces. Alberto is a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and he is so warm and welcoming. Will for sure be returning, just wish we had hired a car (super reasonable) to explore more of the island. We will be back!

Great Villa
The Villa is lovely, lots of space, very nice sociable pool/outdoor dining areas. Great location, so easy to get around the island by taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will book again!

Very nice Finca
Alberto was very nice, and helpful if we had questions. The Finca itself is really beautiful and makes staying there a pleasure. Everything was clean. The Area is quiet but still in reach to the airport Ibiza town and some really nice beaches. I’ll definitely come back.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful villa.
The pictures don’t do this beautiful villa justice. It’s spacious, clean and the beds are all very comfortable. The owner Alberto was really helpful and on hand to help with any problems we had. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa Ania. Alberto hat uns empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, man benötigt allerdings ein Auto, was natürlich kein Problem ist. Zum Hi Ibiza/Ushuaia/Strand/Flughafen sind es 10 Min mit dem Auto/Taxi (10€). Alles war sehr sauber. Große Zimmer, große Dachterrasse, schöner großer Pool... wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Alberto.

Great location and layout of property.
Very nice modernized house with good sitting areas both inside and out. Nice bathrooms with plenty of counter space, good showers with hot water. The air conditioning worked well in the the main room and also in the master bedroom upstairs. Though there was not A/C in all of the bedrooms, there were plenty of good fans. Mark was a great host. He was accessible, attentive, and friendly.

Great Villa for families
Stayed in Villa Ania for 5 days in June 2019, the villa was clean and spacious and the pool area in particular was great for lounging around during the day. It's a very quiet area and only a 15 minute taxi ride to supermarkets. The only problem we had was that a lot of taxi drivers had difficulty finding the villa - some getting very angry/frustrated! And sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi.There is also air con in 1 bedroom so it does get quite hot at night in the other bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay Alberto!

Regarding the taxis only say that normally all taxi drivers know Villa Ania because they have the name and location of the Villa registered in their GPS,and usually take very little time to come because the Villa is located very close to everywhere.I am sorry if they had to wait longer for a taxi.Many thanks Nadia!

Tolle Vila, super Lage und sehr sauber!
Wir waren vier Nächte in der Villa Ania und waren von Anfang an begeistert! Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, nur bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sollte man mit dem Taxi oder Auto fahren. Der Vermieter Alberto ist total nett, hilsbereit und hat uns sogar zum Supermarkt am ersten Tag gefahren. Alberto wohnt mit seiner Familie ein Haus weiter und ist jederzeit erreichbar, falls man etwas benötigt. Die Villa ist super groß und sehr sauber! Uns hat es ingesamt klasse gefallen, wenn wir nach IBIZA zurückkommen, werden wir auf jeden fall wieder diese Villa mieten.

Property in good order . Nice pool and bath towels . Lovely marble stairs :)
Good location for peace and quiet. We walked to super market about 15 mins . But can stop for a coffee and in the sun so nice :) taxi back though due to shopping . Playa den Bossa 8 Euro taxi away . Airport close but you hardly hear any planes so ideal . Alberto is a helpful friendly guy. And really was on hand if needed :) thanks Alberto:) pool area nice with enough sun lounge area . Barbecue outside was handy :)

Perfekt!!
Alberto war sehr zuverlässig und schnell im Antworten bevor unserer Ankunft. Wir hatten viele Fragen, da es unser 1. Mal auf Ibiza sein sollte. Wir waren beeindruckt von der Villa und der Sauberkeit und Alles sah in Wirklichkeit viel besser als auf den Fotos aus. Alberto arbeitet sehr professionell und ordentlich. Die Villa verfügt über Alles was man für einen super Aufenthalt mit 8 Leuten so braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Wir werden diesen Trip jedes Jahr machen und hoffentlich in Villa Ania. Wir empfehlen diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter!!! Vielen Dank Alberto für Alles und hoffentlich bis ganz bald. LG aus Cannes Milana

Lovely spacious villa
Stayed here with 5 others for a long weekend. Couldn’t fault the villa. Loads of room, inside and out, and in a lovely private area. Alberto was very friendly and couldn’t of been more helpful. Only downside was the location. Although it was only a 10minute drive out, the taxis companies could never understand where the villa was which made it almost impossible to get taxis. Although Alberto helped out sometimes, other times we had to walk for ages until we found a taxis to hall down. Overall a lovely villa and lovely host and would recommend.

Great house with convenient location!
We came to Ibiza as a group of 5 adults. House is spacious, clean and looked exactly how pictures show. The location is very conenient to old town as well as the beaches on the south of the island. Area is quiet at night. Alberto was helpful answering all of our questions and made check in/out very easy. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back next year!

Bday in Ibiza
This very comfortable home is 5 minutes away from everywhere. The space for 8 people is real. If you need to pass some days in comfort and in a relax zone near the centre and the partis, this house is for you!
