'Awesome stay! The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk. The location is excellent, walking distance from anything you want to see and super close to public transport. The breakfast has a wide variety and was delicious. Next time I go to Istanbul, I will be staying here. '

'So many issues with this hotel—it just is not a great place to stay. The photos on the website do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Our room had low sloping ceilings, no light, and a heater unit that had black mold in it. They refused to put an extra lamp in the room. The bathroom was incredibly dark.
The hotel staff had noted my request for two beds for my kids but failed to confirm this. I had communicated this request during the reservation process and through what’s app.
