The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is constantly maintained; all rooms are very clean and sanitized.

We have two comfortable bedrooms, where you’ll find clean bedding and towels; you can store all your luggage in the spacious closets we’ve provided for you.

We have only one bathroom, but it’s fully equipped to meet your needs—it’s well-ventilated and cool. We have good water pressure and a gas water heater. The appliances and accessories are modern and high-quality.

The living room is very cozy; we have a sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and DirecTV Go. We have a stunning view from the balcony.

The dining room is very comfortable and ideal for 4 people.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality tableware.

We offer high-speed fiber-optic internet and on-site parking (by reservation).

You’ll feel right at home enjoying this apartment with private entry—you can come and go as you please.

For stays of 7 nights or more, we’ll provide a cleaning service for the apartment (which includes changing the bedding, towels, and restocking toiletries). This service is completely free and is provided every 7 nights or halfway through your stay (by prior arrangement).

We do not currently have a washing machine, but there is a laundromat near the accommodation (1.0 km).
