Het is een prima hotel als je de oase wilt bezoeken. Ziet er ook leuk uit. Onze kamer was prima, ontbijt is goed verzorgd en het zwembad wad ook goed.

Nice hotel in huacachina
This is a nice hotel located at the huacachina oasis with many restaurants in the direct neighborhood and with plenty of nice activities to do. The hotel room is decent and the service is good. I particularly enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is basic and ac and wifi are good. Would certainly recommend this hotel if you want to visit huacachina even though the price is a bit on the high side.

We want to tell you that when selecting the rooms they mention the characteristics of each one before booking, unfortunately the room selected was a basic one without air conditioning, which is why you did not find it when you entered the room. Our room initially did not come w A/C we needed to ASK for it!! As they were saying A/C is not part of basic room (for a hotel in the middle of the desert) Inicialmente el cuarto que nos dieron no tenia aire acondicionado , tuvimos que "PEDIRLO"!! nos dijeron que el A/C no era parte de un cuarto basico (en un hotel en medio del desierto)

The property manager contacted me a few hours before check in. He asked if we needed a ride from the bus station in Ica to the hotel - it was a nice touch, very helpful and appreciated.

Generally a very pleasent stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful- they booked our attractions, changed our room per request (for one less exposed to the sun). Everything was OK. Just make sure to get your payment confirmation if you pay with cash, so your payment is registered

The location is good, but the hotel need a refurnished Ordered food from the restaurant. And it took more than one hour to get the food. Once we got it it was with hair. We didn’t return for breakfast the next day.

Highly recommend! Staff was so helpful and kind. Room was clean and spacious. They have 12pm check out and bag storage and still had access to the pool after check out. Really a great little place

Acceptable but there are better options
The room itself was clean and in decent condition. There was only 1 pillow pero bed though and the water didn’t work the morning that we were leaving.

The property is well maintained and the staff was very nice. It is centrally located for tour bus pickups/drop offs. The room itself is basic and we knew that going in. Huachachina is a town you want to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Such a lovely clean hotel with a quaint pool area that you can walk through to get to the sand dunes to climb. Super nice staff. Totally recommend!
