'Van de buitenkant en lobby van het hotel zag het er mooi uit, maar de eerste kamer die ik kreeg had bij het room enorm veel schimmel en de tweede kamer stonk naar zweet.'

'Eihenlijk was alles perfect. Vooral de grote van ons penthouse was fenomenaal. Ook de voorzieningen in ons penthouse waren meer dan voldoende. Het enige aspect dat voor ons minder was, is het ontbijt. Maar van de andere kant was dit ook typisch amerikaans en moet je in amerika geen hard broodje met een croissant verwachten. Verder een 10 met een griffel.'

'Newer hotel in great location plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only negative is you have to use your key card to operate the elevators so if you were going to get DoorDash or delivery, you have to meet them in the lobby.'

'This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

'Breakfast was amazing. We got the last room in the hotel, so it was ADA and barebones but very clean. Next time I think we will check in early but definitely will stay at a TRU again!'
