Hotels in de buurt van Ichan-Kala (Khiva)

'It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night'

Ontbijt is OK.

'Brand new hotel. The hotel is very nice, but lot of start up problems. Aircondition not working. Order food takes forever. Pay for food even longer. Friendly staff, but very inexperienced and not able to make things happen. Lots of staff, very slow or non-exsisting service. I would go again if air co is fixed, but I would not eat there. Do not buy half board. Eat in city'

'Family run Guest house with care.'

'I did love this hotel. Great to be inside the old city walls. Staff were very helpful - especially Isfanoliyor. He was great at check-in and throughout the stay. Plenty of selection at breakfast. They even have a roof terrace.'

'Felt welcome ans enjoyed my stay Breakfast was good. Location perfect. The lady at the receipt is an asset.'

'This was an excellent boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had in Uzbekistan. All staff were friendly and professional, answered any queries and always checked that everything was ok. It's position to the old town was a 3 minute walk away but was always quiet at night. The roof top terrace had wonderful views, especially at sunset with the minarets and roof lines Infront of it. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.'

'No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water'

'Very nice guesthouse strategically located in the heart of the city, quiet, friendly staff, new furniture and equipment, opulent breakfast. What else?'

'staff very friendly'

'From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.'

'Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so.'

'Hotel has ancient charm. Staff at front desk and in kitchen very friendly.'

'Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location. I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin. But everything else was great'

'Very modern and clean property with friendly and attentive staff close to the center of town.'

'Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.'
