'We had a great time. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us. We dined at the Council Oak restaurant, which was very tasty and great service. Then we attended the Ron White event, hilarious, so glad he came to Bristol! Then we enjoyed the rest of the night in the casino and exploring the resort. Everyone was so nice and pleasing. The room was gorgeous and so comfy. Very clean. '

'Our room was very pleasant the bed s very comfortable. Pillows I like what she's rare. I thought they were lacking in the smaller type of amenities like normally when we stay at Hampton they always give us complimentary Waters pretty sure I'm a Hilton's reward member but I didn't see any offers like that. Our sink was running really slow in the bathroom. Which I meant to tell it the front desk and I forgot. But everything was great. When you walked in and had a nice clean refreshing smell'

'I have stayed here a number of times. Friendly and courteous staff every time. Room has always been in good condition except this time. Minor issue with the shower. Will not stop me from booking in the future. Hope they fix the shower.'

'Property is great for a reasonably-priced, clean, safe, nice place to lay your head on a long trip. Would like recycling receptacles so one can keep environmental impact to a minimum while traveling. Glad they had the pump shampoo in the shower to cut down on plastic.'
