This waterfront property is a very short walk to our fully stocked pond. There are 3 King master suites, a bunk room with 4 twins, and a 3rd story loft with 2 full beds. As you enter Choose Joy Lodge, you can't help but to have your breath taken away by the expansive wall of windows with its spectacular views of Pine Lake.

Step inside and be captivated by the expansive wall of windows showcasing breathtaking views of Pine Lake. The first-floor great room is flooded with natural light and features a grand lodge-style fireplace that creates an inviting, cozy atmosphere. The formal dining area lets you enjoy lake views while sharing meals, perfectly blending rustic charm with upscale comfort and tasteful décor.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, double ovens, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island with seating—perfect for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. Two spacious king suites with en suite bathrooms are also conveniently located on the first floor.

A magnificent grand staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find a game room packed with fun for all ages. Challenge your family to vintage arcade games, relax on the oversized sectional while watching movies, or gather for lively game nights. Adjacent is a bunk room with custom-built bunks—two full beds and two twin beds—ideal for kids or groups. The third king master suite on this level includes its own en suite bathroom.

Upstairs, a spiral staircase ascends to the cozy third-story loft featuring two full beds facing each other—a perfect setup for kids who want to share the same space on vacation.

Outside, the wraparound porch offers multiple covered and uncovered seating areas, including a fireplace, TV, and spectacular views of Pine Lake. Enjoy the view-facing hot tub, an outdoor dining table, and a grill for delicious meals alfresco. Outdoor games such as corn hole, tether ball, horseshoes, and ladder ball provide endless entertainment. Don’t forget to gather around the fire pit for classic s’mores under the stars!

Choose Joy Lodge is part of the Pine Lake community, just 5 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and a short drive to Broken Bow and Hochatown’s restaurants and attractions. The community offers a stocked catch-and-release lake, a pool, playground, clubhouse, and a family-style Grill where you can dine in or order delivery to your cabin. The Grill also serves alcohol.

With quiet, tree-lined roads, scenic walking trails, and lakeside bridges, Pine Lake provides a peaceful setting alongside resort-style amenities. Concierge services such as yard signs, photography, and grocery delivery are available upon request.

Please note: Choose Joy Lodge has a strict no smoking policy inside the home. One dog up to 40 lbs is welcome with a mandatory pet fee.
