This private single-family home on a wooded lot has been put together with careful attention to creating a space that is truly comfortable, convenient, and fun for you to enjoy during your hard-earned vacation time in Killington!

Completely refreshed in 2025 with wall to wall with high efficiency mini splits to ensure you stay toasty and provide AC in the summer months! We offer a game room, grill, and hot tub! With 5 Bedrooms containing 11 Beds and 2.5 Bathrooms, everyone in your group will have their own space.

KITCHEN: The fully-equipped, granite & stainless steel kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a complete set of hard-anodized cookware and both Keurig and drip coffee makers! We're fully stocked with plates, silverware, serving platters and basic cooking spices and oils to cook up a feast!

LIVING ROOM: After a day on the slopes, retreat to this cozy haven with a soaring cathedral ceiling. Kick back on the oversized sectional couch, warm up by the wood fireplace, and challenge your friends to a game or two from the stash of board games. It's the perfect place to unwind après ski!

DINNING ROOM: Gather your loved ones around this extra-long wooden table, complete with 10 chairs, for a memorable family-style dinner. Natural light floods in through the large windows on all sides, offering stunning views of Killington. Placemats and serving dishes are provided for a seamless dining experience.

GAME ROOM: Includes Pac Man, foosball table, all the board games you can imagine and a 55" HD SMART TV. There is a new comfortable wrap around couch ideal for your group to nestle around another fireplace after a long day.

HOT TUB: After a day on the slopes, there's no better way to unwind than in our hot tub. It's just steps away from the lower-level game room, and it features 80 jets, LED lighting, and room for up to 6 people.

MUDROOM: Custom wooden ski and boot cubbies are conveniently located right at the entrance of the house, providing ample space to store all your snow equipment and gear after a thrilling day on the mountain.

WASHER/DRYER Closet: High efficiency Samsung washer with an XL dryer is located on the first floor.

BEDROOMS: Enjoy your own private space with 5 modernized, refreshed bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a plush mattress, dresser, and spacious closet. Crisp bed sheets and linens are provided for every stay. Individual climate control in each room ensures your comfort, while extra-large egress windows flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views.

BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms with tubs for your little ones, and a half bathroom on the top floor attached to the loft bedroom. All guests are provided with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and toilet paper.

LAYOUT/FLOOR PLAN:
- First Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, dining area, Laundry Area, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a double vanity and access to the wrap around deck.

- Second Floor / Lower Level: Second living room, game room, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tub, and hot tub access.

- Third Floor / Top Level Loft: A spiral staircase leads to a private bedroom and half bathroom, or you can use the separate outside entrance for easy luggage access.

PETS: Fury friends welcome are welcome without the fee!

WIFI: Stay connected and work from anywhere in the house with blazing-fast 276 Mbps Wi-Fi. There's even a desk in the great room!

GRILL: BBQ on our propane grill, located outside, all year round!

OUTDOORS: In the warmer months, kick back on our huge deck that stretches the entire length of the house! There's plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and chatting, and a picnic table for dining al fresco near our grill!

SAFETY: We are committed to guest safety! Your host is a proud holder of the Breezeway Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector (STRSI) Certification! Our property also has a commercial fire system with 24/7 active monitoring!

GARAGE: Pull right into our single-car detached garage and avoid scraping your windshield on chilly mornings! There's also plenty of space for up to 5 additional cars in the driveway.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAYS: We always aim to be flexible with check-in and check-out times! We'd love to offer you a later check-out and an earlier check-in whenever we can. However, during the busy ski season, this can be more challenging due to back-to-back bookings. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure our wonderful housekeeping staff has enough time to prepare the home perfectly for each guest.
