Evelmare Beachfront Upper Apartment is located on the first floor and offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking peaceful moments by the sea. As you step inside, the light-filled interior and the soft tones of the Aegean blue create an immediate sense of calm, while the sea view gently unfolds in front of you, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked meal inspired by local ingredients. Positioned by a large window, the dining area invites you to enjoy each bite with a view of the sea and the palm-lined coastal road.

The living room is warm and comfortable, featuring a cozy sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests, as well as a TV for leisurely evenings. An internal staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment, where you’ll find the bedroom and bathroom.

The bedroom is a bright and peaceful space with a king-size bed, a wardrobe to keep your personal items organized, and a vanity table for added convenience. Through the balcony door, you can enjoy serene views of the sea — a perfect way to start or end your day. Adjacent to the bedroom, the stylish and functional bathroom with a shower provides everything you need to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
