The property is two main "houses" with lots of well-designed shared indoor and outdoor areas including two pools, hot tubs, etc. Rooms/bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and private. Breakfast is wonderful (eggs made to order plus an extensive buffet). What makes the hotel truly exceptional is the staff -- they are friendly, welcoming, and will go above and beyond to help you if needed. Kelly in particular was a gem. 'The staff, the location, the amenities were amazing. The spirit of the hotel makes you blessed. Atacama means daily tours picking up early. Thus, they serve breakfast starting from 4a.m. Although the size of the pool is small, we swam everyday. We enjoyed ‘wine tasting’ hour the most. The owner of the hotel is so generous and hospitable, as well as the staff.'
