I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. 'Excellent facilities for a hotel in Luanda. Great choice for first time visitors to Luanda who are looking for safe, clean hotel. Food was very good and the fitness center was stocked with working equipment. I would definitely stay there again. '

Staff (managers included) dissapointed me.... with every coffee and every meal again we had problems with the bills ("put it on my room" does not work that easily) because of their system... incredible for a hotel where you have prepaid your room for at least 300US$ a night. the taxi ordered at reception didn't come (and the reception staff didn't see that as much as their problem) .'

The owner is very nice and accessible.

They have the hotel very clean and they also serve meals, so when you came back at the evening you don´t have to leave the hotel to eat.
I have stayed in severel hotels in Luanda but this hotel is by far the best.
