'Localização excelente e chalé bem estruturado, bonito e com ótimo design interno. As acomodações são confortáveis e agradáveis. O único ponto que me incomodou foi a falta de privacidade, pois os chalés são muito próximos e é possível ouvir as conversas e ruídos dos vizinhos, inclusive durante a madrugada. Meu vizinho me incidiu nessa questão.'

'The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. '

'The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting.'

'Achei Ruin, pq estacionamento vc tem q pagar a parte, fora q escolhi pagar no estacionamento, e fui cobrado duas vezes, sai do local aguardando eles me fazerem o estorno. Água do chuveiro não estava muito quente, luz do quarto muito fraca. Infelizmente nele não retorno mais.'

'Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. 'Really great hotel overall. Bathrooms on the room maybe need a refresher. Very helpful stuff. Great and fast valet parking service. They have your car nearby, that makes it really convenient and they also have a garage available. Breakfast is great with lots of options in a buffet. They also have a restaurant that I didn’t try. All the facilities are really well maintained like the pool. I loved this hotel. I would 100% stay there again.'
