Attitude-accommodaties in Île dʼAmbre

'Can't really tell what is the deciding factor in our judgment. Not the customer service, getting a voucher for our 2020 NON-refundable booking to use in 2021 (via Expedia) of course is excellent. Maybe the rooms: they call all of them suites, but it should be _junior_ suites at most as they are 64 square meters and single bedroom. And the price is more 5-star than 4-star... Maybe it's the staff. No matter how friendly they are, and how hard to try, the buffet restaurant is simply at high level...

'We read so many good reviews about the service of the staff that we went with high expectations on that part. Unfortunately it was not as expected. We always had to get our own drinks from the bar, no one ever asked if they could support, check in very slow and not attentive, some of the staff were very polite but most of them just below average of kind. The hotel grounds are very lovely so no complaints at all, although the rooms and general facilities really need an update. The food was ok,...

'Very nice accommodation with lots of things to do in the resort itself. A lot of good food options and the breakfast is great too'

'Uitstekend.'

'This is a great resort at good value. Not the newest or luxurious rooms, but comfortable and superb location. Pools are great, you can find different spots along the coastline, eating is good (not excellent, but linked to what you pay). Mixed group of tourists makes it fun, service is great, lots of willingness. Nice that you can go snorkel, windsurf, pedalo kanoe, feom your doorstep for free. We booked our own taxi driver/guide for a few days, good value. Points which can be...

'Compleet en in orde. Geen krijsende kinderen. Prima restaurant en uiterst vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij personeel. Aandacht voor verjaardagen ed. Voor vertrek kun je in de kamer blijven of indien al weer besproken bij een late vlucht, krijg je een vervangende kamer. Heerlijk strand en snorkelgebied bij het hotel. Wateractiviteiten. Kortom, gewoon doen!'
