'My trip was canceled at the last minute. I was heading down for a job and the schedule of the job got changed. I never made it to the hotel, but neither the property or Expedia was helpful, both pushing the decision to the other. Hopefully my trip insurance will resolve the issue. Otherwise, I spent $85 on a room that I never even got to sleep in. I'm sure the property is probably nice and my situation is a rarer one, but it's still an issue for me, especially since I contacted both the hotel...
